Just picked up this 2025 300RX, looking forward to breaking it in at Glen Helen on Thursday. Hopefully I can get used to the 2 strokes again after being on 4 strokes for so long.1000002105 0

very cool! If you haven't done it already, check all the fasteners, tire pressure, handlebar position, and set rear sag and fork adjustments. I have the mellower and lower X-Trainer 300 and rode it around my property and country roads before I ever got to a track or forest, and it felt like I had it all my life. Then when I actually got out and rode with some buddies and found it needed tweaking- was kicking out rear on every lip, rock etc. I hit. Tire pressure was like 30 front and rear from set up! Also, I got short arms and legs and I had to move bars to rear most location of 3 on top clamp. Sag was way off, and forks took some experimenting with clickers to feel right. After that it was pure love and feels totally natural riding every time I hop on even after Winter layoff. 

Enjoy it man! The bikes are really well made, and it should give years of trouble-free use with minimal $ needed thrown at it all the time.

Appreciate the advice, I’m looking forward to getting it out on the track but there’s lots of checks to do. I don’t trust the dealership to grease everything so I’ll be greasing all the bearings and checking all the fasteners. I’m a slow 57yr old and don’t want anything coming loose and biting me.

I'm 67 and slow-er. Just had TKA back on Tuesday. That makes a matched pair since doing other one 9 years ago. Have a couple more decades old nagging injuries need to be reevaluated soon and prioritize which lets me keep riding the longest. Broke down and bought a rzr for when the time comes for no more moto, but the Beta goes nowhere, except into the grave with me when the time eventually comes 😁

ps. check your spokes too, mine loosened a bit after the 1st couple rides and my 300 isn't making the kind of power yours is.

The motor mount bolts tend to come loose on some RX's. If yours come loose, inserting a washer between the engine and frame resolves the issue.

Have been riding Beta's for the last 2.  The bikes have treated me right.  Have some issues, but most bikes do.  The new 2026 350 RX should be a great bike.  Beta's don't have that hard hit as other models, (KTM / Yz's) but they are  blast to race and or trail ride.

Plan on riding Thursday at Glen Helen, unfortunately all the tracks close to me are closed. Cal City for the Summer and LACR for who knows how long.
