I think it takes some time to judge someone and it's quite unfair to judge him on one action.
Not a long time ago, everyone was happy Ben was able to make his come-back, now he's a traitor with no brains. I easily understand emotion (and probably booze !?) is probably responsible for some poor posts (and there are...) you weren't that good in points when it happened...

1. That's racing, get over it. Grow a pair. I also firmly believe the ones who complain the most about "dirty riding" are the ones who have raced the least.
2. Had Dungey dumped Cairoli, everyone would be cheering and saying "that's racing" to all the Euro's who would be bitching.
I hang off no ones nuts. I a fan of thy sport and all riders in it and there is no bigger Andrew Short fan than me, but I refuse to speculate that there was a takeout until I see proof. Everyone here is raking BT over the coals without proof. That picture above is inconclusive.
If I hear Short of BT say it's so, or I see vid or photos of the incident that proves it, then hey, Ill admit I'm wrong.

I stand on my original statement. Short has dished out much more than he has received.

I kind of passed judgment before seeing it as well though. Lurch or Rob Bydos (one of the announcers) said over the PA that "BT just straight up took out Shorts front wheel" for everyone at the track to hear so I took his word for it. I kind of joined in w/a whole section of fans at the track leaning over the fence and flipping BT the birdie during the race. At that point in the heat of the moment, while at the race, emotions get the better of you though. Now that I've seen it though it looks to me that the announcers were right on. Straight up take out IMO.
That's racing though. Leave the door open and somebody will break in. A race track is just like a bad neighborhood in that respect.
