Sorry, I can’t get past her shreeeeeeeking voice. She’s cute, but she’s not in a bikini during her interviews fellas. This is American Motocross, I personally would rather they give it to an all American Girl.
She clearly works very hard and is talented. No issues with Will. My issue is with how the producers use her during the broadcast. Long segments about anything other than what is happening on track is annoying. Those same monologues given prior to the start would be excellent. Let’s hear about who she chatted to prior to the gate drop. “Will’s chats” She can stand on the start and move down the grid with each subject as a backdrop as she discusses who she chatted with. She has good info, as currently delivered the timing is all wrong. Anything delivered during the race needs to be very quick. Keep the production focus on the events on track.
her misfit is just her voice....she doesn't match to race sounds i can't hear most of her words while the race is going.

Why does this bother you so much and why aren’t you able to “tune her out” if you don’t find what she’s saying to be interesting?
I just find this issue with her role in the broadcast to be very perplexing. It in no way impacts what we see on the TV.
I paid close attention to the second RedBud motos and her little interludes are never more than 20 seconds.
I’m genuinely curious why this is so bothersome? So bothersome to some that it requires frequent threads on the topic and publish bashing of someone just trying to do the best job she can.
She doesn’t control the broadcast format.
Why should I have to tune her out? If it doesn’t bother you, great. I don’t prefer it. It wouldn’t matter who is going on about off track info, I want to hear coverage of the race. What she is saying is not bad, it’s when she is saying it. There are 40 guys out there racing, lots to cover.
I like Will - she's thorough and serious about her job. On her 'long-windedness'......you have to keep in mind that the booth crew need periodic breaks for housekeeping duties of all kinds.
You can't punish her for any of these facts. Don't hate the player - only the game.
IMO, if Will was any good and had a great announcing voice she'd be gone from our sport like all the others that were terrific. We're stuck with Will much like Erin Bates in the early 2000s.
She does a great job! Happy she's a part of the broadcast.
She was just going on and on about something I didn't care about, while the TV crew is showing Cairoli pulling off the track. I wanted to hear if James had any insight to what happened to Cairoli.

She is so bad. It’s her voice, it’s the I talked to the cheam this morning and they said…. I can handle it but I had them play the race at the bar the other day and the manager came out and said
“I’m sorry, we’re getting complaints from others about that girls voice and are going to need to mute the tv.”

I think she does a great job and is very professional. I think the biggest thing is when they have her talking mid-moto, something significant always seems to happen, like a good battle/pass or a crash etc. So it's just is natural for you to want her to stop talking about something that happened during the week or in the pits, and let the announcer's call the action. That's not her fault at all. But her timing with those mid-moto reports is usually just very bad, coincidentally. I don't know why the TV production can't see that and save that stuff for when the bikes are not racing. Just my opinion.
