I've got some of the Moose stuff and it fits very true to size. I have Qualifier line stuff , but I've sold some of all but the Alpha and it has fit similar and customers have said it's been true to size. I have not tried the new Alpha stuff . I was very surprised at how the Moose pant fit like a pair of Carhartt work pants. slightly tighter , but I was very surprised at how the same size pant fit very similarly . I think You will like the way they fit if You like the more old school style fit. Same with the Jersey's.
I planned on doing some videos reviewing some of the gear from a bigger guys point of view, but I've had my hands full helping my mom out so I haven't been able to finish the videos yet.
Stoked you like it! We have a great distribution partner in Aus and these new releases will be available there soon

Thor was always my #1 choice 99% of the time. From the outside looking in I feel like they have not changed much in recent years. I do see all the hate they get on some of the “kits”. Don’t ever really see anything I hate though. And honestly cool the dudes on here dealing with all the assholes on here and shitty criticism most of the time. Keep on keeping on man.
Edit-it’s been 8 years since I’ve bought any gear myself and don’t pay too much attention to the riders gear much.

O'Neill looks cool but they make weird sizes. They make up to 42" jeans which is good for us rounder fellows, but then only do a 2xl top which is basically aimed at my daughter...
Thor was my go-to for years before they went weird on colour sets and stopped doing anything simple (sorry, I'm old so dayglo/white stuff ain't as good as the old back/red early 2000's peak of coolness). FXR picked that up then dropped all the big sizes last year so right now, if you're an oddball shape you're basically in black kit or Fly/Moose only (not that I mind Fly gear, it's good just the F16 range gets hard to wear in hot weather). Which is a shame, my FXR Revo stuff from '24 is wicked and the best kit I've ever had. Light, breathes, lasts well and washes well every time. Hoping in the 26 lineups there's something in there somewhere that's close to being as good...
Some O’Neal jerseys go up to 4xl. Msr and fasthouse also makes good gear for bigger guys.
Man, the mayhem must sell well. I feel like they’ve had this design for 15+ years and it is atrocious. Aside from that, I feel like they’ve really stepped up this year
I feel like O’Neal used to make a lot of really flashy cool color combos, but lately they’ve been taking the safe route and have had some very plain, “FLY” isque color combos and designs.
So in that aspect I completely disagree with you. If I wanted someone plain, I’d go with O’Neal, Fly, or FXR.
It’s why I stopped buying O’Neal 😂
In my defense it's an age thing, at 46 I can't pull off the super-bright neon stuff. In the mid 90's I was 18 years old and actually quick at that point so could just about get away with that whole insane flo-obsessed era, not so much any more!
bring back the AXO gear !!!
Greatly appreciated on behalf of everyone here at THOR, it's honestly just fun to get in here and mix it up with the warriors. I've been a fan of this forum for a long time - many of us industry guys are, while only a few of us are foolish enough to chime in, but I just figured that being honest and transparent with our moto-minded tribe is a good thing, for better or worse, haha.
Blasphemy, I’m 45 and still love rocking some crazy ass colors 😆
Hahaha, I get what you are saying about the dayglo - even though I'm wearing pink in my profile pic (I didn't have a choice, it was for an event), but we (THOR) do have a total of 24 available kits in Men's and they're not all super-loud-colors. We primarily market those bright pieces, because that's what our young buck racers want to be out there in, the wilder, the better.
When I grow up, I want to be fast enough to wear that kit, Spooner!
I'll just say this... we are very different shapes!! I'm 5'5" and built like a d-lineman, actually played full-back in university. Bit like Jeff Ward if he spent too much time on weights instead of cardio and then discovered at 35+ that food was awesome. 😂
Can't argue with that. I still run a set of the 04LE stuff from 2023, I was hoping you'd do an 05 last year as if I worked it out right, that would have been a replica of the white/red/black Core stuff from 2004 which was one of my all-time favourite kits. Still have a photo of Ezra Lusk in that, absolutely wicked look.

If anyone is looking for a small company, I started Asagiwear several years ago.
Started out with gloves and sunglasses, I am now doing gear as well. It is made to order with sublimated name and number into jersey and can do back of pants as well, etc.
I also have sizes up to 50 in pants and 6xl jerseys, and this is actually stretchy comfortable stuff, not old Cordura basic material.

The new Thor stuff is looking good on Carson Wood at the Red Bud combine 🤙🏼 🇺🇸
I’m the founder of REFYN Racewear, a new gear brand based in the UK, and we manufacture on demand.
I’ve developed everything myself from creating the patterns, sourcing and testing fabrics, to doing all the designs, running the social media... basically everything haha.
I’d really appreciate any support as I try to grow this company
Each gear set is £185 + shipping, and that includes the jersey, pants, free gloves, and a free sublimated Rider ID printed inside the fabric.

I ordered a Alpha kit last week from a shop where 3 1/2 hrs from Chicago & it takes a week to get . The pants look killer I need pants for hot muggy weather & a jersey the cotton jerseys being soaked in 2 laps was getting old. The jersey reminds me of 80,s video games .
As a moto guy I always thought of Moose as off road and for Fat old guys. Well I'm now a fat old guy, and the stuff fits great, and is make really nicely. Having more features than similarly priced gear from other brands. I really like their stuff. It fits me well. I have some Thor stuff, the Phase that doesn't fit me well so I have it on a Manakin in my showroom. And I got some of the new Dozer colorway to try and see how it is VS the Phase and Moose. With everything going on with my Mom , I haven't had a chance to even try it on yet. But it sure looks like it should fit better than the Phase fits me. I got it in the same size as the phase so I can have a first hand comparison of how the sizing changed.
I think You will be happy with that Moose stuff. Please come back and post what You think about it.
I was looking at the One industries site the other day and noticed they have 1 colorway that has a few Tall size options for the pants and odd size waists like Thor. I like a lot of the One industries stuff that came out for 26.
When I was younger ands in decent shape, I had trouble finding pants that were long enough. Often they would just reach to the tops of the boots and tuck in enough just enough. Being 6'9" and having a 36" waist made things difficult. Crazier was when I was really into MTB's and I had a 30 inch waist and wore a 30/36. I was 190 back then. I rode a 14 mile trail loop everyday. Rode to work as a landscaper and rode home. Taking trails and street. The bosses house was in the middle of a hill. So I could either take the long way home and go downhill after work, or the shorter way and start off with a mile climb with a couple hundred feet of elevation. But I could hit a sweet downhill singletrack after and then cruise home. I put 22K miles on a steel MTB frame. It started to be as flexible as one of those circus girls and I replaced it with an aluminum one when it started to break.
I like it, looks clean. Cairoli is wearing the same colorway and also has some Sidi boots that look new. They changed up the Sidi logo too.
I was going to get the purple not a purple fan but I like that better than the other Sahara colors. But the Alpha gear has more features & it’s supposed to be vented good. The heat & humidity is my favorite riding weather . A few injections lined up yet I got bored & started riding . Local track deep square holes beat the crap out of ya. I rode the little track then flat land to concrete clay . I turned compression in 6 clicks . No one was riding Thurs that’s how bad it is.
Iceing hands for arms , bones in my elbows . I did a 5 diff epson salt bath lastnight . I would leave this boreing town & move to where the sand tracks are . But too many apts .
I know you've said retro releases haven't gone so well in the past.... any plans of some past fave's coming down the pipeline?
Too funny...I've got a couple from the 90s on my desk as we speak that we all think are pretty on-trend these days. However, I should probably poll the Vital masses and see which 04-09 era Reed / Villo kit we should look to bring back huh?
@team overspray racing - There's your AXO throwback kit in the pic 👍
Don't forget Lusk
My vote would be for the 2005 Core stuff otherwise, the black and red was properly trick (there's some retro language to go with the kit suggestion)!
I need to look at the Moose site and see what new colors they have for Sahara. The Sahara line fits me pretty good, 34 pants, large jersey. Works pretty good in hot has hell Houston Texas area. I like fly and ONeal too But O’Neal Element in on the hot side, works good mild southeast Texas winters.
My Asasgiwear gear is up to 50 waist and 6xl jerseys.
