What, only recently? Imagine hearing the Lawrence's accusations and seeing the state of Meth Mirtl and still keeping him on as your agent? Baffling.
I think they all have now since he went off the rails.
I think Joe was the last one but Mirtl tried to get info out of him and was going to try and get him to go to court for him so he’s gone.

Try to get him to go to court for him?....Pretty sure there is this thing called a subpoena and Jo or anybody else won't have a choice regarding any court order.....but before any of that happens I'm pretty sure we have months of depositions ahead of us with all the related parties....and all related parties will receive subpoenas for their depositions...
Right, but he was trying to get Joe to say things favorably towards him when they did go to court.
Joe said he didn’t feel comfortable being asked that and didn’t want to be put in the middle of it, so he pretty much disassociated himself from both sides.
So you are saying that Mirtl was trying to get Jo to lie? Unfortunately the way it works is that Jo and everybody else that was/is represented by Mirtl is in the middle of it and all will all be summoned by the court to be part of the depositions whether they like it or not...

Just because Jo, or anyone else for that matter, was a client of Mirtl’s it absolutely does NOT mean they’ll be deposed. Jo won’t be deposed unless the attorneys suspect he’s involved, has information or is also a victim of the mess.
Mirtl is probably expecting this to go to trial in the future. He most likely asked Jo to go as a character witness, which is very common in a civil trial. He may not actually know any real, relevant information, but Mirtls attorneys will want some people there who can make him look like a good person. Some good, clean cut, articulate, well spoken people with very good personalities. I.E., Jo.
Trust me both sides will want to gather as much information as possible and will do so through discovery and depositions...if they feel that that what they gather is relevant to their case they will use that...My point to the 3 gentlemen above (UpTite) is that it's not Jo's choice to be involved or not the lawyers will decide that...
Might be some legal maneuvering that needs to happen just to make sure he can't come after you for fees and such. There's typically clauses in those contracts outlining how they have to be terminated.
If Jo has absolutely nothing to do with any of this other than being a client of Mirtl’s then the lawyers absolutely will not subpoena him unless it’s as a character witness. Any lawyer who “forces” or subpoenas an unwilling character witness is a complete moron. Imagine cross examination… “Mr. Shimoda, did you want to testify on behalf of Mr. Mirtl today?” Jo: “Absolutely not. I think the guy is a thief and should be sitting in prison.”

What’s his connection with them? RacerX and Vurb both say he is or at least was when they wrote those articles. But then I saw on MXMag that they’re under Debize. Was it going to switch to Mirtl when they came stateside and now he’s just their friend? Im still confused why Mirtl would buy them an RV.
Mirtl used to work for Wasserman, and those are all Wasserman athletes. He no longer works for or represents any Wasserman clients, but that doesn't mean he doesn't still talk to them and try to get them back as clients. That's part of the arbitration proceedings against him. As for the Coenens, Debize handles them over in Europe.
