The worrried comment was from one of Matthes podcasts/columns where he said/wrote the Jake was nervous about how things were going trying to line up a ride for next year. It did not sound like the Kawi option was a sure thing. Monster/PC's contracts are done direct with direct with Kawasaki but I would not guess that they would have a clause with every rider that would automatically move them to the factory team. If so they would have RV, Pourcel, and Weimer for next year. Maybe Reed also but he opted out. No way would Kawi want to shell out the cash in these times for a 4 man team. Pourcel is linked in rumors to 3 teams.

If a guy has a good agent he may get the championship clause worked into his contract but I'm pretty sure that I listened to a Weimer podcast where he said that he had not been using an agent previously but was thinking about using one now that he was moving to the 450 class.

Many other Twits/Tweets/Rumors keep saying Grant to Valli Yamaha. And the new Rockstar/Grant connection seems to make sense with Valli. I don't belive Rockstar works in the structure of L&M, not with James and Red Bull.

It's not Reed or Pourcel and I don't know who it is but not them, I'm just saying ! And KW is already SX only so why would his name even be brought up ?? Come on guys think outside the box...Grant sounds like a good one to me ? pure speculation on my part ! Hill is paid on outcome yes ? does he get to keep his ride ? he's definitely proved himself.

Didn't Josh Grant just tear his should up and have surgery on it right after Southwick, so I dont think he has been testing....?? AND I THOUGHT it was one of those webshows that said Grant was going to be on L&M next season ???? unless they are adding another rider along with Grant and Bubbles

Why not?? Say they had 10mill for Dungey and Stewart to split. Thats a damnn good deal for Dungey. Idk how much zook has to offer?? Plus dungey could help develope an outdoor bike if they wanted. Actually sctratch that. The thought of Dungey not racing outdoors is already a weird deal.

my 2 guesses..

JLAW.. we all know he has some kinda "good' relationship with Yamaha.. some how some way..

NYK.. hes very consistant.. people like him..not a threat to Stewart.. good tester for the team while Stewart is at his compound filming a TV show..

and either of them would be a shocker....
