Deegan smoked his bike going for it in the first moto. Chance was fastest in both qualifying sessions, got two hole shots, and won both motos. Deegan was the second best rider today and still has a huge points lead. Wouldn’t be surprised to see him come out swinging next week.
However they generate the results must have messed it up initially. Here's the correct one.

It’s true. It’d be a much tighter points spread between him and Jett, he might even be ahead, if he could just get good starts. He’s had at least one abysmal start every week so far.

Sorry if this has been addressed in this thread since it is 19 pages long, but how many other times has outdoor MX been live on the rabbit ears? This was a first for me but since the broadcast networks now seem to be really prioritizing live sports on the weekends I can see why it was on. It also involved the race being on a Saturday.
Especially Chance, when we both know that Honda isnt close to the fastest bike on the gate. Or even the second fastest bike on the gate. Imagine when he gets on a 450? Look out Mike Alessi. And then there is Jo 😂

Hunter makes it significantly easier for his brother to pass him than anyone else. I think that is an obvious and fair statement. Also, Jett is the best rider in the world.
It looks like he just moves over for jett, he can win motos, he just has to fight for it and not let his brother pass him because he deserves it, hunter deserves it as well.

Racing teams racing like teams always seems to astound some mx fans. Stop being surprised when a racing team uses team “tactics.” They will always protect the team member with the best championship points position. That’s just good business.
Eli got off to a 10th place start and caught up to Jett’s rear, which means he was going faster than Jett that entire time. He also had the fastest lap of Moto 2. Eli ran the pace just fine. He just made a small mistake. Don’t be ridiculous. Jett is arguably smarter than he is fast, which is why he often wins by only slim margins. He also gets phenomenal starts which is key to his strategy of playing great defense.
Fair point. But, when your favorite rider is on the receiving end it also fair to blow off some steam about it.
It’s the third race. Way to early for team/brother tactics. It seems most fans believe more in hunters ability to beat Jett than hunter believes in himself.

Can we stop talking about Eli (and other riders in their 30s) like they are grandpas? I'm in that age range and it's slowly making me depressive lmao.
Also Eli said it himself, the injuries over the last 2-3 years kinda gave him a lot of rest and a small reset to his career, except for his starts I think he is just on his 2022 level. But yeah, he is a bad dude. He could have just retired and only race SX, but he wanted that challenge with Jett.
Kenny is 31 and still a top 3 guy most of the races.
We have also seen Cairoli well in this 30s racing and going toe to toe with prime Herlings back then.
