I feel bad for Mirtl. To see him fall apart like he is in public. I think he removed any doubts or neutrality that people may have had in this situation by posting these clips in the way he did. At first I was thinking I would wait on more info to really take a side.
Now that he's putting out stuff like that video. I have changed my mind and I think that he is either really dumb and unlucky, or stole and perhaps has also tried to extort the Lawrence's .
Those very short clips of Jett with 0 context. Who knows, what the filmer or others were saying or doing that got Jett saying what he said. Jett looked like he was making fun of people who spoke that way, or like a kid allowed to say a bad word for the first time. No hate, nothing that would make me believe he was saying the words with any hate. Just not enough context from the actual footage for me to see it as anything more than Mertl trying to bring the Lawrene's down with him. And it only makes me wonder why Mirtl had the footage for so long and was not outraged before if this was something bad. It speaks to his character, if he had gotten the footage to make surer it never got out, he should have deleted it. Somebody that holds onto something and uses it like that is shady to me.

For anyone not wanting to read all the pages of the response to Mirtl attempting to have the lawsuit dismissed....from my quick skim, he seems to have not done any research and/or his lawyer is terrible.
I'll wait until the actual lawyers in here give their opinion, but to me it looks like he's trying to get off on technicalities. It doesn't appear he's trying to say he didn't use the funds for what he was accused of using them for?
fte or somebody else will be along, but i think its pretty standard procedure to deny all the claims outright. i havent read their motion to dismiss yet tho. its interesting mirtl wants WMG joined to the suit. im guessing lawrences dont because of the complications, expense, conflict of interest and/or possibility that WMG is held strictly liable for mirtl's conversion and fraud.
