Seriously? After all the "2025 London WSX" hype from right after the event took place last fall and now this? They need to quit before they waste more money. They keep trying and its failed multiple times while still claiming "we're doing okay. we just need more money." This is another version of Fyre Fest. They keep overpromising, underdelivering, or canceling before they are even close to happening. JUST STOP.
The events in the full size stadiums last year were awesome!

Maybe WSX isn’t a scam but it seems like some sort of money laundering scheme. When they first announced themselves a few years ago didn’t they say they were backed by like 80 Million dollars from Saudi Arabia?

I was plenty critical of Adam Bailey and his band of idiots but the new ownership group seems to have their heads on straight. I wonder if they just got served such a steaming pile of crap there can be no recovering? If they can't get Europe to buy in this thing doesn't have a chance no matter who is in charge.

November in London football stadiums was always going to be a no go , and rugby stadiums have autumn internationals around that time as well
The travel schedule for November is big , a lot of logistics to get 28 bikes across the globe in 5 weeks

You owe it to yourself to check out the documentaries on Fyre Fest There’s one on Netflix and one on Hulu. I haven’t seen the one on Hulu, but the one on Netflix is pretty incredible. He’s already begun selling tickets for the next one and the location and groups haven’t even been confirmed yet.

You can't buy tickets for Buenos Aires on their site... So it's a little bit more than a month from the "new start date", they used the MXON and the new race in Sweden as decoy for the real big news, the cancellation of their openings round that was planned in 14 days from now... I dunno but they should think about quality of organizers instead of people who can pay the organizing fee.
Make a system where the teams who have a charter, start in the semi-finals and the other riders start in the quarter finals. Bring in all your big names and go to people who organized this stuff before or still do and make it happen. This could possibly open some doors in Germany, France, Spain, Italy...

OTOH they had been selling tickets for Malaysia so doesn't guarantee anything.

i had hopped the new owners would at least get through a season with out cancellations, with pipes motorsport group putting up picks of bikes being ready to ship it was a pretty late call to cancel
They did the same with the German GP two years ago. I was literally waiting for ticket sales until two weeks before the actual race date and then they cancelled the event. I wonder how many rounds we will actually see this year..

WSX are marketing geniuses, look at us, championship did not start yet there's already plenty of suspense and drama to discuss, how many rounds will actually happen, everyone is on the edge of their seat 🤣
