Who made a goggle like that back in the 70's, early 80's? Was it Castre? The lens was more rigid and precurved, like old Oakley Blades lenses.
Sounds like a good idea as long as the rigidity doesn't effect how the goggle forms around the face to make the seal. Rich Taylor said it's tough to find one goggle frame to fit everyones face.



I see your point and the first thing I think of is a swiming or diving mask. Has a very flexible form fitting face seal but the lens is hard and ridgid.

Would you be against racing with a road race style sheild? Those could look pretty cool its just motocrossers are so set in their ways on how a motocrosser should look that it would never happen.

How about riding more safely, keep the 3 second rule when following others.

No need to tailgate, don't invade another riders personal space! SHEESH, c,mon people, a little common sense and respect will keep you safe and roost out of your face.

You were doing okay until you suggested a face shield...and telling me how the place should be run. Yes, spelling matters.

Funny, I think someone that I clicked not too long ago was trying to tell me the same thing. And I don't think some of the guesses as to your identity are far off here.

As for addressing it seriously, I'm doing that in Pit Bits...which I'm finishing up now.
