According to Title24, Deegan stepped up to help get Cole flown on a PJ to the Steadman clinic in Vail, CO so he can get surgery on his humerus, I believe. Kudos to the Deegan camp for the kindness. Steadman Clinic has done many of the top moto guys over the years, Roczen, Tomac, Lawerence, etc... Heal up Cole!
That's cool. I want to be the first to say it.
Yeah...but in the legal world, when you see someone being accused of something, and then hearing it has been "settled out of court for an undisclosed amount", it basically means the accused is guilty as hell, so they throw money at it to make it disappear. It's cool for Brian to fund the jet to fly Cole to surgery, but it also tells me that Brian knows the "love tap" Haiden gave to him was uncalled for, as well as the "suck it" comment...and they're spinning this to safe family face.

Yeah, if you do some digging through Insta comment sections (not that this is a great use of time), you'll see that Deegan and his supposed "rivals" go back and forth loosely, the same way most young guys would.
