I wonder how much that plays into it. Unsure

Just heard this as well. It sounds like things may change in a positive way for Suzuki MX racing moving forward.

Instead of coming in and coming off like an ass hat. Why don't you just spell out who you are, what your position is, and what Answers plans are for this year and beyond? The whole ML512 doesn't know what he's talking about, while offering nothing, came off as assholic at best.

It was spelled out by an answer rep a few posts above those.

Not really. All he said was that their sponsored riders would be in the 21 stuff this summer. He didn’t say anything about next year.

This place is worse than an old knitting circle. If you dont own the company or write the checks..... Stop spreading RUMORS about these companies.

What are we 11teenyearolds?

"well I heard...."
"My buddy told me......"
"Someone said to me...."

Just shut up.

You seem to be missing the very reason a “forum” exists!

Answer could have come into this thread and cleared all the speculation up, did they?

The mods delete other threads and posts all day, but leave up false posts about a company going out of business. What a joke.

A forum exists to communicate between users.... It doesnt give a free pass to conjure up BS about shit you know nothing about because you want to be Nancy Drew.

Because even when the source comes in and clears it up.... people still ask "was in talks with being employed by tucker as the Rona hit.... doesn't sound like that's going to be a good move for me?"

Thats why.

The source really didn't say anything specific was going on or put a positive spin on things, just said the rumors weren't true. He may be an insider that has some control over things or he could be a guy that comes in every day and does a great job but in the end is just a dead man walking who will be out of a job through no fault of his own.

As far as someone not going to work for Tucker if you follow the industry at all and see what has become of the MAG group and their associated companies you are wise to hit the pause button and do your due diligence. It's not like they haven't been in the news at all.

21 stuff should clue you in to “next year”. Dude said several other things that insinuate they are trying to stay around.

The one racer I always equate with Answer gear is Johnny O'Mara. What a legend. Smooth riding style, cool looking gear, and super fast. Hope Answer makes it through this mess and comes out kicking.

Yeah but 21 gear would have been ordered 6 months ago and designs done a year ago..

...in this crazy Coronavirus world who the F knows who can stay in business from one week to the next, the only businesses that seems to be safe are Amazon and my local weed shop.

I sure hope Answer stays afloat, as a rider I want more than three companies to choose from for race gear.

Hey big guy, sorry to ruin yours and gnarwhip’s day by committing the cardinal sin of trying to get a resolution to an issue that I’d been getting 0 response on, and warning fellow consumers. Here’s a few cliff notes of this story for me thus far:

1: As mentioned previously, I tried calling (no answer, full voicemail) and using their contact form on their site (also no answer)
2: I heard while at a regional from someone I consider reputable who trains with a top level amateur rider of theirs they were done and let everyone go.
3: An Answer employee comments on the thread, gives out the info@answer catch all email address. July 1st I send an email with pics of the pants seeking some sort of resolution and hopefully a happy ending to this. As of end of business July 6th, no response.
4: A former Answer employee confirms they were all let go in another thread, quietly comments but with no relevant details in this thread.

This year of trying other gear companies (usually wore O’Neal) has been enlightening to say the least. I’ve destroyed 4 sets in a few rides each. To share a positive note, UFO Mizar gear is O’Neal level bulletproof. I only wish it was vented.

Anyway, here’s two sets of Arkon pants after 2 rides (yellow) and 3 rides (blue).

I've got 2 sets of Arkon that are holding up quite well, no complaints. Answer is moving operations to Texas so i'm sure that's what the hold up is in getting back to you. I'm sure they will make it right once they get settled

How is answer doing in 2025? They have some sweet looking kits

otherwise, i'll trust the word of the kid, he more often than not knows what's going on.

If you call someone reputable out for alleged false info, then be prepared to support it with some facts...

Not throwing any hate but if you work for them I hope you have your resume sharp. I am a former employee of The MAG Group that Tucker. I can tell you for a fact that they have lost a lot of great people and brands over the last 3 to 4 years. Good luck because I am truly hoping you guys do well. There was a time not long ago that the MAG Group and all of it's associated companies like Tucker and Answer were set up perfectly to be the dominant force in the industry but those days are long gone.

The stories I could tell...…………..

So many stories McG.

MAG was just terribly mismanaged.
