Deegan's antics and his future

Daniel Blair nailed it on his lastest show, perfectly. He's his own worst doubter.  Davies is going to fuck him up next year. Stamp it!

And I dont care how good you ride, I dont want that mouth breather representing the country this year. Embarrassing.

No chance they're on the same coast and Deegz moves to the 450 for summer

Is he going to take Craig ride/lunch money? NO chance he goes 450. He is stacking championships.

Thanks to him,SMX is looking a lot like wrestling to a lot of people. Not what we want. First he gets arrested and didn't learn a thing from the experience obviously. Doesn't fill the role of proffesional or role model too well. Do we want someone like that representing our Country at Ironman this Fall?

I do, because he's the baddest mother fucker on planet earth when it comes to 250 Motocross.

I'm sorry that your hatred for Deegan overshadows your love for America winning, but it's 2025 and sadly that's not surprising.

Lung butter,  i agree with your first paragraph . And I get it. But the 2nd? No,  I wouldn't rather  win than be embarrassed . Id rather have class and fight hard anyday. Has nothing to do with 2025 or the wing your flying on Right or Left. .  Would you suck a dick to win?

Hint: You can’t make the “Fastest 250 in the World” claim when you dodge the MXDN each year. Another of the Deegan marketing blunders.

America needed him, and he folded like a cheap suit.

LOL, I could make a career out of toasting the Deegan marketing machine shill accounts.

Deegan’s 2025 West Results:

Anaheim 1 - 5th

San Diego - 3rd

Anaheim 2 - 1st

Glendale - 2nd

Arlington - 1st

Indy - 3rd

Seattle - 3rd

Philadelphia - 2nd

Denver - 1st (Dirty Riding Warning / Take out of teammate leading the race, who had won the last two races in a row.)

This is in a regional feeder SX series decimated by injuries; Team PC completely out, Shimoda injured, Smith injured, JuJu Injured, etc, etc.

Juju, Shimoda, Smith, Davies, and obviously Deegan all had race wins. Up until Denver both Davies & Deegan had two wins each..

“Generational Talent” my ass.

You dont see him moving to 450 for '26 mx? Seems like the transition to 450 is smoother going mx first. Everything about his career has been strategically planned. Making his 450 debut in sx doesn't seem like the move imo

It's not going to affect his future at all if he keeps winning races.  No one paying him is surprised that's his brand. You don't have to like him to acknowledge that.

The pass to me was a dick move, not just a block pass, given he was going faster, has a points buffer, there's a week to go, and a teammate.  It wasn't a last corner, last race, get the points or else situation, but I guess he doesn't have to be worried about a DNF next weekend and Davies winning.

There have been plenty of those sorts of passes across the history of the sport, so . . . meh.  Let the riders police it, it'll come back around.

I disagree. While the Deegan's antics make it very difficult to be positive I have been known to post the odd positive post about Haiden. Always about his riding, never about his character. As for the Princess I have made a couple of posts praising his business acumen. But on the whole yes, I loathe the guy and everything he's about.

Fair enough, I stand corrected.

Lets say he stays polite, doesnt pass, just rides in the points lead.  Bike/clutch blows up at salt lake, cole wins, and takes the championship.......im sure all the " well at least he was a nice teammate " from strangers on the internet would defintely be worth losing the title over.

Who said anything about not passing him?  No one; stop with that strawman nonsense.  He was going to pass him regardless, he clearly was going faster and was going to get by Davies.  I also doubt, but clearly don't know, whether he was thinking he might DNF next week.  He wanted to blow Davies up as sort of a top dog move, not just block pass him.   The other riders will take care of it.

i miss the old days. crusty days, xxx days, mulisha days, they days where dirtbikes had attitiude.now we cry, homeschool, and spend fortunes. That was not even a hard block simply nudged him out of line and he wasn't ready. He was anticipating and got caught flat footed. We have all seen real block passes toss people and what it looks like to cut across the bottom on the final turn. its the championship fight

A very good lesson in your first year of pro level racing.
This is racing for money.

who said anything about not passing him???? "he was going faster, has the points buffer, theres a week to go, and a teammate.  It wasnt the last corner, last race or else situation". Dude did you even read your own post...😂. Anyone reading that is going to think you were inferring he lay back take the second and ride in the championship in salt lake.   Numerous pros have reviewed the pass ad nauseam, the pass wasnt some brutal take out or Tbone, davies didnt check up, they made contact, and he rode over the top of the berm.  If only you could get a fresh top end for between your ears.

Bullshit.  I said he was going faster and was going to pass him.  He didn't need to knock him down to do it, but he did it anyway. Was it the worst dick move in the history of MX?  No.  Was it worth a penalty?  No.  Was it a dick move?  Yes.

Yeah but he didn't "blow him up" now did he. Davies threw the anchor out, got caught from behind, left the door open and then didn't even see it coming. Haiden barely touched him. The other riders likely won't take care of anything imho. Haiden is the alpha dog in the class and unless something goes sideways, he is going to be really hard to beat outdoors.

America needed him, and he folded like a cheap suit.

I just don't agree that the mxdn dictates the fastest rider in the world in either class.  A one off race can't do that.

Like him or not,  he's ether the fastest, or second fastest 250 rider outdoors right now in the world.  The move on davies is more tame then we have all seen, but yea,  a teammate , and at that point the title wasn't on the so it probably wasn't needed.  As even RV said, davies needed to be more aware of his surroundings.

With all his bonus money combined from sponsors,  it was likely a 750k title win, and suddenly he's won the last three series he's raced in, and is the absolute favorite this outdoor season.   On a roll.

About the only straight up race that they get against each other at that event is the 250/MX2 Saturday qualifier.

Mixed class motos the next day.

I've heard a lot more stories than just the garage one too..  Some folks called it way beforehand - that witnessed his antics firsthand.

He was pretty unstable for a while. Not saying he was ever a bad ass. But he had issues with violent tendencies and over reacting and it landed him in jail.

Ehhh he found someone smaller than him for once. I’ve never saw him get in a physical altercation where he didn’t have help. Unhinged is correct though but he knew anyone could beat him up.
