Police report states he was in a lane not a lot. He had multiple fake IDs, so he's a drinker. He has the resources to get on a road course and the responsibility to be a decent role model to the groms that rabidly follow him. Not a fan of the family in the least. I think they have shown poor character in the past and I dislike the superficiality of everything they do. That said it makes the sport more interesting and it's entertaining to follow. And that's all it is, entertainment.

Don't know if it still does this but back when, Catalina St. in Point Loma would just become a raging river during a good rain because there were no drains till near the bottom. I wanted to point out that the way they described it as a travel lane at a sports complex. Sounds like he was spinning donuts in the area that was not marked spaces. The lane that You travel from spot to spot. Or perhaps some other area of a parking lot that was meant for traveling to other areas of the parking lot.
As for the fake ID's Maybe he wanted to go into a bar to hang out with his buddies, or get into a strip joint. Just offering some other reasons he might have for having it. Maybe one of his buddies surprised him with it ?
I know spinning donuts to the point You get arrested is not a great look. And most likely everybody on this forum has spun a donut in a parking lot. Maybe it was in the snow instead of dry asphalt . But at the same point, A lot of kids look up to Haiden , and as a Pro athlete he should try and be a good role model for his fans. I still don't think that spinning donuts in a parkin lot is really that big of a deal. If he was really stopped while racing on the street, that would be different for me. My dad taught me how to drive and one of the first things we did were donuts in a parking lot. In an old Impala wagon. He told me if I was going to be driving in the winter I had to know how to control the vehicle while sliding. Yes it was in the snow. But is it really much different from a safety standpoint?
Who knows, they may have come down harder on Haiden because he is a young kid in an expensive car. Might be a cop that just figured he was some spoiled rich kid that had their parents buying him everything. Not knowing that he worked harder than a lot of adults to pay for the car.
