A class act. top 3 guy either side of the pond, euro haters you got to give him credit where credit is due. he finished 3-2 last weekend at the czech gp and now 3-? at unidilla in the ama's! two great series on a level par! would be epic to have one true world championship with all the fastest riders.

Great rider, Really the only rider to be able to beat him consistanly this year is that guy who rides that orange 350, i would just put that down to the disadvatage of havting to ride a 450 against a 350 Cheerful

Suzuki 1, 2 is awesome. Desalle had a great 1st moto. Hope he can bring it home behind Dungey again in the 2nd moto!!!!

I said 1-2 was possible and it happened well done Dungey and desalle great rides by both.. and maybe this finally puts to rest the nonsense about the AMA and americans riders being superior - it isn't - both are great series. Fast is Fast..

This is some wild speculating, but doesn't the GP riders look more comfortable riding with wheel to wheel pressure than the AMA riders? I was thinking that this can have something to do with longer motos where they swap positions more?

Dungey should ride the GPs for some competition there are 5 guys Desalle's speed in the World championship.

Good job to both Suzuki guys great racing on the last moto though I missed most of it due to 4 commercials and 3 features all during the race - absurd!

Desalle was really cool to watch and he sure seemed to enjoy himself all weekend. I was extremely impressed by his race craft and also how he was out there like a fan watching the second 250 moto after he changed. Pretty cool seeing people that humble and enthusiastic do well. And DeCoster kind of called it too on our trackwalk! "He's going to surprise everyone tomorrow...."

Desalle was awesome today. Better than all but our best rider in the USA. Hat's off to his performance and attitude. Racing just to race on a weekend off. How many of our guys went to the GP's during our 3 week break just to race? Did you see the look on DeCosters face after the first moto? That was priceless. His boy Dungey and Belgiums top rider first and second. Amazing day. Might go down in the books as the best outdoor national of all time.

Dungey could turn in some solid top 10 finishes on some of the easier tracks over here, he's welcome anytime he wants to step up.

I have TONS of respect for anyone who leaves their home and comfort zone to come race in the AMA for one race or all.

I would have loved to see him in the second moto.... but you know gotta attract new fans with bullshit fluff and interviews so no time to show any actual racing. This is the 3rd time I have tried to get my father in law to watch some races... last time I do that...he was right, his golf match was much more exciting to watch.
