Well, there's the full Wasserman story as of 3/21/2025 🤣

This statement is slightly more professional than those put out by Mirtl…hard decision for which one I would want representing me…

Mirtl is fugged…and Cooksey is full of 💩 as usual

Really wonder how going forward the Coenens, Shimoda, Vialle, and I believe Villopoto will respond following this announcement. I’m pretty surprised they’ve stayed with Mirtl thus far and I’m wondering what the reason for that is. I might be wrong on Villopoto but does anyone know if he’s still represented by Mirtl?

this is the most amateur hour thing i've witnessed in a good while. these "big players" are apparently managed by 8th graders on social media. 

And still, our "media" has nil to say on one of the bigger stories in a good while.....

In a nutshell the lawsuit in Federal court was withdrawn but can be refiled since it was without prejudice. The TRO from wasserman means Mirtl has a stay away order from employees of the firm etc and the identical filing in state court means Mirtl is going to be Held financially accountable , then comes the federal charges soon for wire fraud etc. Wasserman and the Lawrence’s are going all in on accountability financially and criminally.

It would appear Mirtl is in serious trouble.  Since this is a civil case, all they can do is try and get as much money back as possible, am I correct?  And if Mirtl "has no money" (an assumption on my part) and can't pay back what is owed, he will likely file for bankruptcy. I don't think they can have him thrown in jail in lieu of payment but I have no experience in any of these matters so I could be way wrong.

Another question comes to mind.  If I am Jett and Hunter why would I be willing to allow Mirtl access to the kind of money he has allegedly stolen?  I have no idea what the working relationship between agents and riders is work so maybe this is common practice?  I would never allow someone access to that amount of my money that I was not related to and even then, probably not.  I'm not saying the Lawrence's are at fault by any means, it's just something I don't think I would ever do.

Their post says "inquiries from various media outlets", meaning there have been attempts made to get statements.

Uhh... No. I'm not taking money out of people's accounts without asking so I don't see how this could ever happen to me.

Exhibit A:

Some dude who has a YouTube channel spouting information doesn’t make it a creditable source. 

Why do the Coenen brothers stay with him, because he helped them to pay a big mobile home (Concorde or something that looks like it). We now know that this money didn't came from Mirtl' own bank-account but that doesn't seem to care the Coenen family much. Seems like he also payed the rent to use the Lawrence compound for one of his riders from that bank-account.

If riders like that, if they like an agent that goes far beyond what is legally and ethical OK to help them. They maybe doesn't mind to keep him as agent. But at the end the brands and the teams will decide if they want to work with him, and if Red Bull, Oakley, 100%, Monster, are saying "No thanks" and some other big ones too, his career as MX/SX Agent is done.

We MX-people know that most of the time he's talking bullshit, but if it goes about more complicated stuff and you combine that with a charismatic guy or girl who can spout all kinds of fake news into the world about those complicated but serious issues... I can imagine that someone gets elected due to misinformation on YouTube, Or people stop believing their medics because they've seen the truth on YouTube...

Mirtl has obviously told his story of betrayal to the Coenen brothers and at this point in time it's probably easier for them to believe him. He still helps them transition to the US, the say they believe he's innocent and if he gets proven otherwise they can just say he was a trusted friend that conned them and they can't believe what happened.

I’m not wholly invested in this scenario, but good lord this dude’s grammar hurts my feelings.
