That was the worst race in a long time. Stoked for Malcolm, he earned that one on pace and gumption.

That track was garbage, sure we like a skill test but that one was horrible. That little triple before the finish jump was not good for the 250s.

Eli looked off circulating at the back. Flaggers doing flagger things like holding the red cross AFTER Hunter was lying down. Lappers causing chaos in the 450 main. Brown down, Hunter down, tuff blocks etc etc etc.

Looking forward to next week.

Red Cross was def thrown when Hunter hit the ground. Dude was on the second jump of the triple he crash on. He threw it almost admittedly.

Not sure what to say, but most will disagree with your analysis. All of it

Track was fine. Grown man track. Was cool to see the 250s have to stretch to make the downsides. That triple in the sand Cameron (and others) were downsiding looked sick.

Last two or three weeks have been great, wonder what's changed in the design house.

I think the layout was mostly good, very technical by design and made even more so with the dirt they have there. This track in California probably would have turned out differently

I suspect most that are having issues with the track and think it was "sketchy, garbage, etc." are doing so because it didn't consist entirely of the standard practiced-to-death sections that make most tracks boring. Change the spacing or arrangement of some features and it's suddenly a "dangerous" track?

I'd think that would present more of a challenge and let the cream rise to the top.

So the tracks are not supposed to be difficult? Best riders in the world, if you can not do it you will get hurt. I remember going to a mototrials gp, most of the pros save Bou or Raga couldn't complete anything. Please let's not dumb this shit down too, only Marquez , maybe two others do Phillip island right too. This shit should be for the best, not the most.

It does suck that basically everyone got hurt out there last night. The 450 championship has gone from the deepest field to coop and chase are the only ones left standing. Kenny, tomac, and hunter basically all got a dnf. Sexton was leading and then shit the bed, coop is looking like hes bout to take this thing. When he sees blood in the water he just goes full attack mode.

Track was trash. Really brutal track to start a 250 series on.

Hope Tomac is somehow ok.

That track was great. Having difficult features separates the riders. I thought some of the lanes seemed more narrow than usual though. Maybe just my perception of it.

If nobody went down, everyone would say how amazing the track was

Tomac and Hunter incidents had nothing to do with the track. You also wouldn't blame last week's track for Jett dabbing his foot in a flat corner.

The only tough sections were the whoops and the sand. Whoops were fine. People whine when there are only 9 whoops, then whine when they are a bit harder and somebody crashes...

I'm not a fan of the long sand section. I don't think it added anything but chaos to the races.

I thought it was a great race. Tons of drama. Was pulling for Brown and Tomac though, so that sucks.

I personally feel that the highs and lows of this race perfectly illustrate the sport of SX. Triumphs, tragedies, history, drama, family ties...

This is almost an all timer for me.

Mookie won the way a winner should win. He set the fastest time in the main and charged the whole time.

Yep he was going to blow Sexton's doors off regardless of his tip over. He was sooooo much faster in the whoops.
