The "no clue" was why they would need to save face with the Lawrences since Sully feels they are not valuable enough. My entire perspective here is no one benefits from posting this publicly and I am surprised they would take that path. If Mirtle was a contractor, WMG is fine legally, but it is still a terrible look unless he had been arrested for example.
In all seriousness though, I was thinking about this last night. There are basically two ways that people embezzle money.
1) You are a total pos thief and think you can steal money without it being caught.
2) You get in trouble financially and you slide some money your way with the intent to pay it back when you can and no one will see it's gone.
The second way I have experience with two different occasions. My wife had a lady that worked with her and she found a series of withdrawals and deposits where she was basically taking cash advances. The FBI got involved in that one and she served time. The second was a company I worked at and a manager was taking money from the ATM and replenishing it a couple days later. He only got fired.
If Mirts is in the first camp, he will deny deny deny and do anything he can to get away with it because he's a pos to the core. If he is in the second camp, I wouldn't be shocked to hear that he is found in the garage with a garden hose routed to the inside of his car.

Or was it some sort of a strong arm rug pull by the Lawrence’s… we don’t want to give up $1.7 million and Wasserman didn’t want their athletes giving up $5million to Mirtls pocket.. so they dug around and found some money transfers that could be construed as fraud or self enriching and cut him off he books… or maybe the Lawrence’s felt that his version of marketing them is THE reason they FEEL hated… over saturation and over branding with gimmicks that might overshadow the race results… so out of a combination of money and getting back at someone they BLAME… the Lawrence’s and the Wasserman group concocted this… I mean in order to be in lock step they have been working on it a while I presume?
Or maybe mirtl is a thieving scumbag… he definitely is a big fucking child that’s for sure… but could also be a theiving scumbag…
