Red bull Straight Rhythm

Thanks to wSX (wannabe SX) and SMX, it doesn't look good.       It was one of the best races each year.   2 stroke madness FTW!

I'd much rather see RBSR than SMX "playoffs" with the stupid point system.    Switch the SMX tracks to regular season SX tracks. 

As of A1, when I talked to the promoter, it has been put on hold.

I still like the idea of the Charlotte playoff round being a straight-rhythm race down the drag strip…. Though I just had the realization that SMX is a Monster Energy championship, while Straight Rhythm was a Red Bull event, so I doubt we’ll ever see the two come together.

It made for some of the best racing ever though, IMO. Sometimes after watching a video on YouTube it’ll autoplay one from years back and I’ll end up watching for a couple hours. Just non-stop action, what’s not to like?

Can’t deny, Beastmode is Beast Mode about Straight Rhythm.

Can't blame him. It was a great event. My favorite after MXdN.

I'd love to see it come back, but I doubt it will.

Albert Catanzaro still probably has nightmares about racing Straight Rhythm. 

Shame it’s gone by the wayside. But Marv remains the RBST GOAT.

Catanzaro was an unknown until straight rhythm.

They had Hard Enduro Straight Rhythm at Nashville during the Tennessee Knockout.  I wouldn't be surprised if there are more versions of straight rhythm at festivals like Big Hill Jam or Day in the Dirt etc. 

I always loved this race, it’s a few hours, quite literally non stop, always a pleasure to see guys like Hanny or TP come race it, I could watch hanny huck quads for daaays..

I think Marv competed four times and won every time, yeah. He has won on a 250, 450 (2x) and 250 2 stroke. 

Marv lowkey cemented his legacy by being dominant at places like Straight Rythym and Monster Cup
