Blucru. Prob because he kicked ass and won everything the same year he joined the team.

for me Honda , from winning his pro debut at hangtown , to the 2012  250 outdoor  season battling baggett , Kenny & bam to his 450 1st outdoor battle with Kenny at Millville to crushing my boii dunge & the rest of the comp outdoors before his brutal crash at thunder valley , to his wheelie thru the Daytona roller section tryna catch dunge , now admittedly I was never a big fan Eli fan ( not because of him but mainly due to his crazy fanbase going at my boii dunge ) but I be lying if I said I didn’t enjoy his beast mode rides 👌🏾

As a fan since his rookie 250 debut, I will have to say Yamaha. Something about Tomac on that Yamaha just works. Maybe it’s the smiles, maybe it’s the off-season races. Idk, but I think that switch was a career revival.

Another one of my favorites was Millville 450 Moto 2, that’s one of the ones i’ve rewatched multiple times.

Him wide open through the rollers at that race was something else

Definitely, that’s one of the highlights in that race for me, along with him almost crashing going down Mt. Martin.

Haha I’ve been a fan since his rookie hangtown race as well and I’m with you… I associate him with Yamaha.

Been a fan since he turned pro. Likely lean Yamaha due to recency. I felt his time at Kawi was hit or miss (relative to perceived potential).

I'll always think of him as a Kawi guy just because he 3-peated in outdoors on Kawi, which is a legendary feat that puts him in an elite echelon of riders.

Pretty sure that was moto 2 in 2018, I watch that every couple of months when I need an adrenaline shot of Beast Mode. Didn't he tip over twice in some corners? Still came back to pass Kenny.

Shoulda coulda woulda but it makes you wonder what his wins would be if he didn’t have the big injury in 2015

Some fantastic rides mentioned. He also had a really impressive ride Detroit 2022.. Going in, Jason had 3 wins, Eli had 4. That night, Eli got a pretty bad start, he was behind the top guys. He methodically moved his way forward. And after he got to the front, the treacherous track kept reaching out and biting guys, and the rest of the best in the world were dropping like flies but he remained mistake-free. It was a wild night, and pivotal moment in the season.  https://youtu.be/ksJ3ynYDjVw?si=3PMHlDDErI7LaNS2

He passed everyone before they all started having their own issues. '22 Tomac was a Beast all year.

Tomac 2025 SX Champ. Stamp it. Retires after wining MXON as team captain and rides off into the sunset as one of the greatest to ever race a dirt bike.

If Tomac never got hurt in 2015 and Roczen never got hurt in 2017, we may have had a decade's worth of insane battling reminiscent of Carmichael vs Stewart.

Yeah, that was pretty much the end of the championship right there. Once Anderson went down, I said, "season's over, Tomac has this in the bag".

He DID make things a little interesting hurting his knee near the end of the season.

All these pic are reminding me that 2017 was not a great year for AStars. Grinning

They've really upped their game the past couple years, though.

Yeah I dunno if it was necessarily bad but I swear that nearly the entire time Eli was on Kawasaki, he only had like 2 sets of gear he’s wear.

I think Tomacs best race was Daytona this year when everyone has hyped that he was going to get his 8th win there and then after leading the first few laps Jett came along and smoked Tomac and Sexton for the win.  Lolz!
