As long as it’s not the dude announcing for Paris last weekend… God, I absolutely hated it, isn’t it the same dude that does the MXGP stuff? It just makes any race I watch with him commentating, beyond boring. He needs to do golf or something.
Get rid of NBC and hire back Langston and Weigandt.

Bring back the og crew of RC, FRO, and Ralph. Throw in Rutledge to replace JT haha in all seriousness, Wedge, Stew, and Langston would be pretty awesome. I enjoyed Wedge and Langston commentating the outdoors and I like what Stew brings to the broadcast.

Without NBC, everyone would be complaining they couldn’t watch it or have issues if they don’t have cable, or even the ones that do have cable. I’d much rather prefer peacock because it’s affordable and it has everything else on it.
I mean thts fine & all but at this point we just be downgrading going away from NBC , right now NBC is on top with how espn has regressed viewership over the past yrs even tho its still a big entity, unless yal wana go the pro wrassling route & take the show to TNT sports & big time regular FOX , but announcing wise , its fine the way it is forreal , granted I listen to everything on mute because I wana watch & analyze thru my lenses & perspective but stew , wedge & the gang is fine

Being the GOAT on a dirt bike shouldn't automatically qualify him for the job. If you sucked at your job and didn't improve after a number of years, you would be replaced.
Langston wasn't fired he quit, a couple of races earlier than already planned. Sounds like an insanely idiotic reason to tear up the most lucrative broadcast package in the history of the sport.

Anyone know the real reason why Blair didn't continue? Matthes poked him a bit on Pulp last week, and it seemed like he might have been a little salty about it. He's really good.
The only person I really want to see gone is Shrill Christien... I've grown a bit tired of JT too.
Otherwise, I don't mind RC he can be a bit annoying sometimes. I liked Ralph too, despite all his goofs....Ralph is/was moto.

Congrats to AC, but seriously, what’s NBCs budget for commentators? Two competent people in the booth, with JT on the floor is all you need. Sheesh. And by competent I don’t mean the guy serving word salad every Saturday. Maverick nailed it in his earlier post. What I mean by that is…..

Hubbard going away is excellent news!
He was ok for me, main thing for me is ricky. He is good sometimes, other times he makes his mistakes. On title 24 he is awesome, not under pressure or anything, I think being on the broadcast puts pressure on him to do his best. Not totally sure.
The whole production. Crew needs to go watch the entire mxgp season broadcast and learn how to do it right IMO!!

I don't understand the relentless hate towards RC in the booth he does fine, he has a lot of knowledge and talks good enough for the amount of attention I'm paying to the commentary are you guys just doing audio only for the races or something where you need impeccable color commentary?
If you do the math we are paying $2.35 to watch per supercross race so lets relax.
He was in the booth how many times ? Most of the time he was trackside giving real information.
Not talking about what she read on the internet the week before.
The bottom line is that he is the greatest Motocross racer of all time but as a commentator he's just not very good and does not seem to improve. I would much rather be the GOAT than a less than average commentator. I don't think any kid ever grew up dreaming they wanted to be the best mx commentator, they all dream about being the best MX/SX rider.
His job isn’t really to be the best commentator that’s Weege or Diffeys job, his job is to provide insight from someone who’s done it at the highest level.
I’m sure NBC can pull an announcer you’ve never heard of from tennis or something that speaks and comes up with words perfectly in real time is that what you guys want?
Maybe just in private and behind closed doors...
