Who TF in this thread are you actually talking to?
Because not ONE person said Tomac is GOING TO WIN in 2025. Everyone, including myself who's a huge Tomac fan, pretty much said it's Jetts world.
Tomac is a legend, period. That doesn't mean Jett isn't the better rider and racer right now, so go yell at clouds somewhere else.
Buster Douglas did knock out Mike Tyson. That’s almost the situation at this point for Eli to beat Jett (enough for the championship win). Just one heads up ass kicking from Eli is all I’m asking for this season. One last exclamation point from one the greatest riders ever. I wish Eli the very best and thank him for all the great memories.
I bet he was pissed because he did everything he could and battled with the best in the world with 3 races under his belt. But came up short because the guy that was a "better choice" couldn't pass two people and maintain position in his motos.
For 2025, I have Jett as favourite indoors and outdoors, and I have Eli as second favourite both indoors and outdoors.
If those two stay healthy, Chase will be 3rd in both series.

And possibly the most consistent Eli we’ve seen. I don’t think the “beast mode” Eli is a thing anymore. But he’s still really fast and will be there to capitalize on others mistakes.
He wasn't just capitalizing on Chase's mistakes, he beat him straight up on pace multiple times that season. Problem is, Jett is faster than Chase. I think Chase will make enough mistakes as per usual to let Tomac get second though. I hope I'm wrong. I'd love a title challenge from Eli
I certainly think Eli is making quite an impressive effort at age 32 and after his injuries. I really didn't think I'd get to see him race again after I watched him pull off in Denver. As a fan, couldn't be more proud at the level he's come back to.
Whether or not he gets to those previous heights of beast mode again, I admire the fact he's putting in the work and not content to get 2nd. Dude's got that dawg in him, and you can tell. I have some hope he can be the baddest dude out there some days. Barring injuries, I agree with the others it's gonna be hard to best Jett week in, week out.. but who knows, Eli has surprised me before 🤷♂️
Talk about yelling…
He’s gonna hold back till Daytona wreck em and call it…
Tards around here, and elsewhere, use Beast Mode incorrectly all the time. Eli's not going Beast Mode when he's just going fast and winning. That used to be his general state pretty much all the time (excepting his weirdo rides). Beast Mode referred to the crazy times late in motos (especially outdoors) when he would start going multiple seconds faster than anyone else, come from behind, and absolutely annihilate the competition. That's Beast Mode - and it was a beauty to behold.
I think he engaged beast mode in that last Moto at MXoN.
He can still do it, but the competition is stronger now than it was 5 years ago.
That was most definitely not Beast Mode. He got out to a handy lead then got passed and dropped by Jett and Gaiser.
Hangtown 2015 he won by 85 seconds. The bar was raised for the rest of his career. The smart thing would have been to back off and win by 10 seconds (this is what Jett does). I think Eli is just as good as he has ever been in his career but as you pointed out, everyone else is faster. This is racing and the bar is always getting higher. Go back in a time machine and have 32 year old Eli race 10 years ago and he would run the table.
A couple people picked him for the title. Owenjakes for one. I think there was another.
Hey, stop bringing reason into this, I was pissed and yelled at the guy yelling. That's how it's supposed to work, right?
I'm just bitter because my guy probably isn't winning a title in 25 because the kid is just too dang good.
God damn people get way to emotional about this shit. It’s just racing dirt bikes.
💯💯
Rational thought would say no, but you never know what might happen. Chad was 29/30 when he gave Stewart and the Ryan’s everything they could handle in 2011 and 2012, and only missed a title by a bees dick.
Pit Row
He’s trying to get as many gate drops as he can before the new season, seems like he doesn’t want to sit around testing and riding with teammates waiting for A1 so I’d say yes.
Well if this isn’t irony I dunno what is.
Or.....you missed the sarcasm in my original response to you, which admitted I was also being a cloud yeller?
Well you admitted to being emotional to the first guy and not using reason or even reading the thread. So your subsequent sarcasm wasn’t really relevant.
And you trying to be the moderator and an asshat makes your self-righteousness relevant? At least I admitted to reacting like a douche.
We'll see one of the most impressive, fastest 32yr old riders the sport has ever seen. Who won't be able to beat the fastest SX rider on the planet who's in his physical peak and will be a year wiser off his SX championships rookie season
Like this?

Fair play, that was kind of douchey from me. Just the amount of grown men that react so emotionally when something is said about there favorite rider in here is mind boggling.
Remember when he traded motos with Jett at Charlotte and he’s literally a decade older with one foot in the nursing home.
Oh I agree totally, that's why I was like ah crap I did it too!
🍻
Don’t know if he will top his previous speed but I do think he will be more prepared and faster than last year coming off his injury, Hope we see some good battles and the points come down to the final race.
