De Wolf possibly also makes the move to MXGP. But that's not decided yet.
What I wonder, no more factory GasGas in any form?
Correct, Bedinni will close their emx250 doors as well.
With Lata leaving and no one good enough to replace him (not my words/thoughts), it sounds like the Beddini team is calling it quits.
Damn i need to get in the interior designing... But thanks for the info

Anyone know if Lucas also plans to race a 450 in the US right away?
Probably not but I mean they have to have looked at the possibility of him winning the mxgp title next year. Then he's forced to race a 450 in the US. Maybe not super likely that he wins it, but Gajser and Febvre have done it their first try and they were not really better than him on a 250 I don't think.
I think the decision about moving up Lucas to MXGP is also based on the amount of MX2 riders ktm group already have for the 2025 season: Sascha Coenen, Everts, Längenfelder, Adamo, Rossi, possibly Kay de Wolf.. They are all capable. Meanwhile in MXGP it would be just Herlings.
Worrying about what will happen in 2026 if Lucas wins MXGP 2025 is too sweet to worry about.
any news on where Lata ends up?
I seriously don't get the Coenen news about moving up.
Why not stay down, get stronger, cash cheques and move to the US on a 250. Now it's nothing is guaranteed, the MXGP class is so tough, and you will have to somehow move down again to learn SX? Why?
Maybe the second HRC MX2?
Does Zanchi stay? I believe he had a one year deal.
Zanchi have 3 year deal.
Lata will be the second rider from what I know
I can't wait to see what the young Jamie Keith will do if he gets a legit run at EMX. Hés been beating the 250 guys in the schoolboy divisions in England and is buttery smooth. Been watching the Pluth? tyres vlogs.
I first see him at Canada Heights this season & it was obvious he’s got talent. I’m hoping he gets the EMX ride because I dunno if he comes from money.
One for the Brits, where's Eddie Jay Wade disappeared to? There was some promise there.
Doesn't he race for Stark Varg?
I don't really follow youth racing but he seems to have come out of nowhere. On a post race interview I saw, he seemed to have a few options on the table but would happily do it on their own again in 2025. So I guess they have some funding from somewhere...
Doesnt the Blu cru final winner get nice support from Yamaha?
Cant remember this year, but in '23 two blu cru 125 '22 final winners/top performers rode for JK racing in emx125
The Swedish FF Racing Team switches from GasGas to Triumph. They've signed Alvin Östlund and Danne Karlsson, who will race in the Swedish Championship and in 3 GP's (including the Swedish round).
It's possible Triumph won't line up with a factory team in MXGP-class yet next season.
Pit Row
Its kind of being pushed as big news, but isnt that 'just' a local distributor having Ostlund do the Swedish championship? MX2 GP rider Scott Smulders is now racing some dutch races on a triumph as well for example.
No. Östlund won't be a full time GP-racer anymore. And I've missed the part that this is being pushed as "big news". It's just a local team that switches brands to a new manufacturer, as so many teams (aswell as factory as private) have done before.
Same here, I'd vaguely heard the name but that's it. I watched the Blucru race at matterley and was very impressed; he's got a lot of style and easy-looking speed. Levi Townley is headed for big things so I hope some doors open up for Jamie now too.
It was indeed big on Gatedrop. The German Triumph effort is runned by Niclas Raths for Doerr Motorsport but also mainly focused on the German ADAC championship.
I've seen it on mxvice, gatedrop and mxplanet
So? Every (European) MX-website with some selfrespect would/should publish such news, just like all of those sites publish exactly the same other news during the year. The news about FF Racing is no exception in this matter.
I wonder how many teams see the calendar with 6 flyaway races (including last 3 weeks going from Turkey to China to Australia) and they just think **** it we quit.
Italian Fantic MX2 team has closed his doors too.
The paddock isn’t looking healthy anymore, adding the new 2025 calendar with allot off fly aways doesn’t make it better.
We already be looking or it won’t take long until it’s a factory riders only championship with a couple rich kids and wildcard here and there.
The top dogs will be there, but having 20 guys on the gate sucks while there is so much more depth off guys riding in all those national championships collecting a paycheck.
Seems like the HQ from Fantic is in financial trouble. Wilvo will remain with the fantic brand, as he puts a lot of his own money into the team.
Wild wild guess without any background info, just speculating, but I wonder if Wilvo will have a talk with Triumph to be their MXGP Team
The current triumph MX2 team will move into MXGP next year.
