Rough guess.....5 years or more, base of 7mil or above. God only knows what a bonus structure could look like....... Honda has learned from past mistakes of letting elites walk off, they are not letting this kid out of their sight....... And his brother, I don't see him going anywhere else either when his time comes. Honda has a long term goldmine on their hands, and they know it. The entire package works, and is proven. The family has earned this, and will continue to do so........
