Lived in Kentucky my whole life, never heard of that town. Where’s it on the map?

Back in the 80's both Bob Hannah and Jeff Ward stepped back down to the 125 class to help the team, both of them had been off 125's for many years at that time.

And those teams won each time out, let's hope that luck continues with the "old" guys stepping up to give it a shot when no one else could or would do it.

Still wish it was Eli (on 450), but at least we have guys going that want to go and are willing to put their ego aside for the team.

so Deegan started the season with a "wrist sprain". Ended the season with plates being removed and the team wouldnt send him.

Now... The same Team who apparently wouldnt let him race Nations. Is now sending Webb across the pond to race on Deegans bike.

I didnt have that in my bingo card.

Must be hard being a Deegan fan keeping up with whats true and having to defend your favourite rider when you never get the honest full story.

Your post is confusing- You literally state a fact--> Deegan not going to MXoN because he needs to get metal removed from his wrist...Never once this year did Star or Deegan say he wasnt going to MXoN because Star was not sending riders- Not once.

Then something about the full story and hard being a Deegan fan? Huh?

Correct me if I am wrong, but these are true statements?

1) Deegan not going to MXoN due to hardware being removed from wrist (stated by Deegan and Star)

2) Star never said they wouldnt send a rider

3) Star sending Webb (which backs up #2)

Well done Webb, he is reliable and will charge hard to the checkers.

If they don’t, it sets a pretty poor double standard for US teams hiring overseas riders.

OK we've ruled out all the top 10 250 riders...Deegs, team Honda, the PC boys, so how about JuJu? KTM will always go and he has been close to top 5 of late. I think he is faster than Coop right now on a 250? I said right now, not 8 years ago!

I like this. He rode his ass off the two times he went before and you could tell he took that tip-over in Italy very, very hard and very personal. I would love to see him avenge that. That might not be the right word but you know what I mean. Go Coop!

Dude was an animal on a 250. But what was the last year he was on one? 2016?

Ehhh if J Mart didn’t have issues he usually made short work of Webb. 2016 J mart had Epstein Barr that’s how Webb won that one.

Yeah, sir. He probably realizes this is his last chance to race for America in his career. He'll give it his all

Didn’t Tony drop down and do MX2 once? Latvia maybe? I don’t remember it going great lol

It didn’t go great because he crashed out the first moto and hurt his knee. He was fast though, won the MX2 Qualifying race

I think AC could have won that race, he was moving forward when that crash happened, Which shifted the entire GP landscape.

This. My dad still talks about how Bad A Hannah was for doing this. I could give two craps about the MXdN but now I have a reason to watch.

I don't believe Star was willing to send him. They wanted him to get that screw out and be 110% ready for A1 . Basically protecting their investment in regards to Deegan.  That's what I was told.

Obviously that makes sense. This forum doesn’t get it. The obsession with hating Deegan on this forum is sad and creepy. They need to grow up…

Holy cow this is such a bad look for deegan… the team that he said wouldnt let him go… now has to send cooper webb to go ride essentially his 250… because deegan doesnt wanna go… but didnt wanna say he doesnt wanna go so blamed it on his team… then when that didnt work on the completely elective surgery for his healed injury that also doesnt exist and did not happen before the season started…. What a mess.

It all really comes back to when they decided to lie about the injury before the season started. That set off a cascade of lies to cover the lies to cover the lies…. that didnt even need to be lied about in the first place and now its a year later and it all blew up in his face and everybody looks stupid. Moral of the story kids is just be honest and up front and then youll never end up 50 inception levels deep in a year long lie for absolutely no reason. If they had just been honest about the injury in the first place and then had just been honest that its been a long year and he needs a break before going all in on trying to win this sx championship then nobody could have really said anything. It would just be what it is. Instead its been an absolute shit show trying to cover their tracks for something thats not even worth it in the first place. I’m sure theyve learned a valuable life lesson out of all of this…. I sure as hell hope so.

Makes Deegan look like even more of knob head.

Hmm, Sexton's comments come to mind,,I wonder what he's thinking, nevermind Deegan will be all over the MXdN next year if the US/Ironman rumours are true

Fair play to Webb, he's familiar with the whole deal too and looking extremely quick on the , I'm sure he'll soon be upto speed on the smaller bike too, team USA just shortened the betting odds

I wish that were true. If I recall he's missed about half of the outdoor races since moving to 450.
