We get so ripped off by our government. So the accounting "trick" they use to send more munitions to Ukraine. They are now using a depreciated value vs a replacement value. Because those munitions are worth so much less if they are 5 years old right? And how much do we have to pay to replace them in our inventory? It sure as hell isn't a depreciated value. We'll have to pay full tilt.

Absolute disaster for Russia. Ukraine has now taken 400 square miles of Russia. Russia has lost 500 thousand soldiers and completely tanked their military standing around the world. Unreal colossal disaster.
It's far from easy for Ukraine in Russia, with some decent loses, but they do still advance with a perspective of taking nuclear plant. They are just 20 miles from it.
Supposedly they've taken around 2000 solders as pows. Many of them young conscripts who are not supposed to be near front line.

Russians don't have many front-line units up there they could deploy, especially not quickly. They're relying on state police and the Rosguard (equivalent to US National Guard) to try and pin the Ukranians down and it's not working right now. Similarly, the Chechens that were guarding the border there all shit themselves and ran because they know the Ukrainians want payback for Bucha.
Losing a bunch of farmland is hardly a disaster for Russia. PR disaster maybe. Ukraine just sent thousands of men to slaughter in Kursk for a PR stunt instead of sending them to where they need them, like the Donbass. They never planned to hold the territory they took long term.
Maybe Zelensky thought this would give him leverage for the peace plan coming up.
My first thought when I saw where they were attacking was that they were possibly trying a quick run towards Moscow or something. Obviously that wasn’t the case, but I thought maybe they’d detected a lot of the forces between that area and Moscow were relocated to the east. That would have been an interesting move if it would have played out that way.
It`s a decent bargaining chip for peace talks coming later this year.
How is your health? Did you recover from your head injury?
Thanks, all is good.
Russians don`t know what to do when they can`t fully use scorched earth tactics like they do in Ukraine.
Russia is the 2nd strongest army in Russia.
If Wagner got the band back together, they'd probably be 3rd.
Insane.

Okay sure, but have you seen their train station?
Dead Russians are a thing that the world is getting to know.
Dead Benlarussians are next.
You can not make this shit up.
I do feel bad for the Russians. This has been a real embarrassment for them. Even though I also think every invading Russian probably should die.
Thank you Kongols for your updates. We appreciate you man! Stay safe, and am glad that your health is good!

He finally found his nazis.
It is clear the West and USA in particular has decided to fuck Ukraine over again. It's over. All the documents and promises are just that- documents and promises that you can wipe your ass with.
Fuck putin. The West has to strengthen the Ukraine to the point where Russia has to whind its neck in.
I guess most Russian folk are good people who do not want or need this war, it is putin who is fucked in his head...the fucking taxi driver is on an ego trip that has caused the deaths and thousands. Hopefully someone has that balls to take him out.
Got any links to what you are referring here dude? I've not seen anything in recent days that represents any change in plan to supoprt Ukraine from anywhere in Europe, but I'm not keeping up with US stuff so much.
Sometimes I like watching those videos on the youtubes where people go around asking random strangers their opinions about the invasion and Putin. And I suppose it's kind of what you'd expect, with most younger people and people in bigger cities that aren't pumped on the invasion, with most others tending to side with the pro-Putin stuff see on state TV. What's also interesting is how many people are straight up scared to speak negatively of Putin. That is not a pro-1a type of country for sure. Still, people are welcome to hate the west all they want, just not cross borders and commit murder because of it. I'm not a fan of pretty much every middle eastern culture, but I'd have to be a complete psychopath to act on it, or a pretty hardcore asshole to dismiss it.
Just a cool $100 BILLION of my tax dollars sank, not including the "under the table" deals from a former Vice Prez, or current U.S. administration. FUCK UKRAINE!!
All of my Chicago 1099 co live in Ukraine. The pres there his wife drives a 3.5 million dollar car. Just checked payroll they ripped me off big time. 4 checks ago they where not paying me . I made a few calls then my check went to Zelle into my credit union. I never gave them my Zelle account info. They hacked my phone & will be reading this. I had to switch a 300+ auto pay I bill from my credit union to my buisness chase where my checks supposed to go. So now my money is in the wrong account. This war is similar to the revolutionary war. Gearge Washington after yrs of talks with the Oneida Ny. Indian tribe . Cut a deal you help us defeat the British & you can keep your 6 mil acres that went into what now is Canada. Oneida used a complex form of numerous curved sweeping angles going in different directions with diff timing and speed. They used this to hunt. They got in close & used a hatched in the 1st few waves. Vietnam tried to use some of this technique & it’s still used today. After the victory & declaring our independence from The Empire of Britain. Oneida got 300k aces then Ny. Took it all away. Then they where told to moved to westside of Green Bay Wi. The gov fought Ny. To get some land back. They got 32 acres. Guess what we get out of this war ? Nothing .
Over the past 70 years, from the end of WW2 to today, how many dollars do you think America has spent to be prepared for a war against Russia? How many trillions? The whole military was built around a global conflict with Russia.
I’d be willing to bet that you have never ever cared about military spending before, but now that the Ukrainian people are fighting for there survival, it’s suddenly a big deal to you..
You’re conveniently ignoring the multiple changes, over the decades, in the diplomatic relationship between us and Russia. You comment on these things as if they are a static situation.
The questions that hang in the air are many; however, the 1st question is this…
Why is this war happening NOW?
The West PROMISED it would not “close in on Russia” with New NATO nations…this was reassured during Reagan-Gorbachev…yet, look at how NATO has pushed itself up against Russia these last few decades…and then take the time to find out “why”…
What a surprise. Once again you post Russian lies.
To answer your question: it’s happening now because it thought it could take Ukraine easily, with no repercussions, like how it took Crimea in 2014, Georgia in 2008 and Chechnya in the 90’s.
Russia just preys on the weak. It’s only concerned with counties joining NATO because it hinders its invasion/expansion plans.
If it was so concerned about a NATO invasion of the motherland, it would not have removed its air defense systems from Finland’s borders once they joined NATO.
Can’t you see the pattern in Russias movements? Is it not that obvious?
And you must ask yourself why do these countries want to join NATO? If you lived in a country bordering Russia, would you want to fight it alone like Ukraine has had to?
It’s not up to Russia who can be in nato or not. It’s up to the people of those countries.
Wow! “Lies”? 🤣
I stated that we’d committed to not pressing “up against” Russia with NATO…as promised by Raegan/Baker…yet, as is typical…you go Full Dave with “Lies”? Classic. That makes you a fool for headlines and a know-nothing when it comes to the history of these matters.
I was the 1st around here to say the best thing we could do is blow those Russian tanks back over the border as soon as they rolled into The Ukraine. I was immediately supporting the idea of getting them F16s…BEFORE the Russians rolled in…but, sure…I’ll sit here and watch someone that’s apparently never known the actual history of all this cast his typical uninformed stupidity around…as you spew a political narrative of fools.
Go back to reading your NYT or Atlantic articles. I’ll depend on actual recorded history and those who made it.
