He's coming off a broken jaw injury and I have no clue how much he was even riding since then, so I don't think you can expect too much. But pretty cool to see anyways!

Jacobi raced the Zwarte Cross 2 weeks ago and finished 2nd. Not sure if he is back at 100% but he has been riding.
Last he was on Honda, did I miss something?
Good. He also races Adac Mx Masters this weekend. I think he finished top 10 in a moto the last GP he rode before he broke his jaw. Will be interesting to see where he stacks up!

If his fitness is good after his injury, he will be 7-12. Not sure how tomac/webb will be, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see him battling with Cooper and Phil. He’s gonna be better than guys like Harlan, kullas, Noren.
The results don't quite show it but he absolutely crushed it in moto 1 Teutschenthal. He caught and passed guys like Jonass and Coldenhoff. Then went around the outside of Gajser like was standing still. Running in 4th with 4 laps to go. Went on to crash twice. Lost 20 seconds each time and still finished 10th. That was probably the best moto of his career.
Man did I love his 2021 MXDN Honda! 🤤 excited to see him race in the states.

Jacobi is another ride that was fucked over by the MX2 age rule. He was really good when he rode for a private Husqvarna team but he had loads of mechanicals that year. He also very good when he was riding for F&H. This was the year he famously slapped Adam Sterry after the race in Teutschenthal, what was strange about that was, Jacobi took Sterry out beforehand.
I think it is his second year now doing a few GPs in Europe for a private KTM team
He's back on Sarholz KTM since 2023. Wasn't super happy with the JM Honda that he rode until 2022.
I read here occasionally. I post her only when I've been drinking (& I've been drinking). Can somebody explain why we are talking about a racer (Henry Jacobi) that had a grand total of 3 finishes at 12th place in 2023 (I'm talkin motos because I don't give a f*ck about overalls or "GPs") & zero zero zero top 12 finishes in 2024. Why do you guys give a sh*t if he races in Europe or the good old USA.? Who gives a f*ck where a guy races who can't finish in the top 12.? Is this just something to talk about because you're unwilling to go outside and look at the sun in the sky.? Can we talk about sh*t that matters or just go outside & look around. Married: maybe you could talk to your wife (tell her she looks pretty), Single: talk to a woman. Ask her to go out on a date.

He has zero top ten finishes in 2024. That means zero top ten motos in Europe (GP). That means zero top ten motos in the US (US mx nationals). And..... what's you point about GP finishes.? Is that why Prodo is coming to the US next year.? Is GP finishes the most important determination of talent. If you think Europe is the center of the universe, then I think I have my answer.
He only raced a single GP this year. Was going for a top 5 finish until he crashed. Broke his jaw in the second moto though.

He has ZERO top 10 moto finishes in Europes GPs and ZERO top 10 moto finishes in US mx nationals. Is ZERO "more" of..... something.? So why does his current plans interest anyone.? Well Jacobi is a good rider, sometimes. But never was in shape a pro MXGP rider should be and still always big mouthing. Also doing lots of stupid things which are dangerously for him and the competitors. He had his chances in Factory Teams and never made it. Somehow he won the 85 world championship and from there downhill only.

Anyways, Jacobi did well in his years at F&H under the umbrella of De Reuver - where he had to train really hard and the results came by. Once he went to MXGP he couldn't be consistent enough to be in top 10 every race (like Horgmo for example does right now). He is a bit wild, so hopefully it fits his style at these two AMA races.
I think the same guy that manages him in the GP's/ADAC, is the guy that made the connection for Farres with the German Raths KTM team and made the call to Swanie to give him a shot at Star Racing.
He's a talented Rider ,but not a Hard Worker and he get's smoked by 38 Year Old Max Nagl at every Race! He was 11 Overall at Gaildorf with a 6,8 and a DNF under Good Weather Conditions! He was in the Top 10 in Teutschenthal but he was ridden 110% ! Maybe with a little luck he can ride in the Top 12 ,but not when it's Hot and Humid
