With a spot light lookin for my del door constant sticks of dynamite then AK47 & ar15,s going off for 20 minutes. I,m walking around & it’s constant full automatic gun fire. Then a short break then 20 min again. 21.30 to 04.30 am. Cities in America r out of control. America has yet to come up with a plan . But they designed them. I think the gov needs to stop planting containers lded with weapons in rail yards. That would help. Most truckers r just tired of constantly being in a war zone. And r quitting at a high rate . All the illegals in trucks r such a pain in the azz. There violent & thieves too. So you hv to watch your back every second. Is Trump going to deport them ? Probably not cheap labor. DEI is like conservatism or liberalism, they're ideologies and principles that are totally sound. It's only when people try to do it, is when it gets all messed up. DEI does things like convert names to numbers to remove subconscious bias, and it standardizes interview questions to prevent people from bro'ing down on dirt bikes in interviews, because none of those things are merit-based. DEI pushes people to focus on merit without being subconsciously influenced by bias'. Now, once the hippies got their hands on it, it turned into something else and whatever that is, is of a bunch of nonsense. But, blaming DEI itself is like blaming guns for shootings. It's just a tool and there's nothing wrong with it, until an idiot gets their hands on it.
To democrats and pretty much all leftists, diversity is only a visual goal. The Clinton cabinet was designed to "look" like america. So diversity is only useful in photographs to them. As diverse as his cabinet "looked" they all had the exact same ideology and political opinions. It's posturing and pandering as the democrats do so well. Real diversity as a goal is a bad idea unless this diverse group won't be doing anything that matters. In that case, take all the photos you want and paste em on your instgram page so you can strike a phony, superior pose.
It's because we don't adopt rules/philosophies/ideologies anymore. If we did, we'd make a rule and let the results fall where they may. Instead, we just do what we like, and then manufacture a bunch of mental gymnastics until we fool ourselves enough to say it out loud to others. It's the reason why republicans aren't conservative and democrats aren't liberal, because we're only interested in what we like right this second. We'll know we're following rules/philosophies/ideologies when we find ourselves supporting things we dislike, which is virtually unheard of today. When dems support guns rights and pubs support gay marriage rights, even though they dislike them, that will be a measurement of reduced selfishness. Bummer that we don't really have civics anymore. It was good for teaching people that other people exist.

My tax guy did everything possible, but since I am a w2 employee my write off's are not what they could be if operating as an S-corp, but it is frowned upon for us below the line employee's.
I won't say what I make, but let's just say a lot of families would love to gross income what I pay in taxes a year. But hey, thank god all those fence jumpers are getting free healthcare, phones, and housing, so why not keep fucking hard working Americans out of their money to support corporations flooding the market with cheap labor by way of government malfeasance at the border.
