Please don’t roast me too bad if I’m wrong.
I can’t remember the year, and I joined just to answer this question and agree with chuck356, but I was at the St. Louis SX and saw Carmichael leading, crash, and go to last, then get back to first place again.
Hey, I’m old, so bear with me. My iffy memory wants to say he did it twice!.
I know he was leading, crashed into last TWICE, then I THINK he got back to first twice.
He for sure crashed 2 times, but I’m thinking he came back and won from last THE SECOND time.
Hoping someone else was there to verify of jog my memory. I do remember being amazed at the whole ordeal! Gives new meaning to the whole go big or go home phrase….
Yes! 1987 at the final round. He passed Wardy and Lechien too.
Please dude. AP put a gap on 2nd place all moto long and got passed at the last second of the race and you think Jett would of succumbed to Chase? AP is not even in the same zipcode as Jett, Chase would of came in 2nd...again. Jett crashed because its easy to lose focus when your competition is weak and your IG dms are full of the finest tail known to man.
Chase should count his lucky stars because these "battles" will only be a thing until Jett has recovered then back to the struggle bus for box-faced underbite man.
You're a delusional troll who posts contradictory things in each thread for attention. Go away, casual fan.

Nothing I say is contradictory, you're just too stupid to make sense of things that don't start with "hurr" and "durr".
My nut hair has seen more races than you.
✌🏼️
All you downvoting fucks know this is exactly what Cooper 'never bothers racing outdoors for a whole season' Webb is doing.
I like someone bringing up AP. Just because he got passed at the last minute and wasn’t running Chase’s pace doesn’t mean he wasn’t hauling or putting in good rides to pressure both Chase and Jett into having to force their pace.
This is the first time we’ve seen Jett make a mistake in MX and have Chase in front of him for even a lap but that’s all it takes sometimes. Jett may go back to cruise control and if so we still have Chase, Hunter, and probably AP wanting to duke it out for the podium.
Start thinking about your fantasy pics. I hope they keep it clean but if they see Jett hobbling around they may not be as nice and put a few traditional block passes on him that he has been able to outrun so far with good outdoor starts. SX proved he’s not a machine and has to ride near perfect to hold these guys behind him.
Looking back and watching races again RC had a lot of crashes and challengers that makes people call him the goat. Most riders would back it down but he still hung it out like Stew did. Call them stupid or warriors willing to risk it all to win it all. People were surprised to see Jett take a risk like “he doesn’t have to” but most of the winners in history even if smooth had to push the edge or come up with a new style or strategy. Only a couple could make it look easy and not crash their way to #1. Technically Chase still had 1 crash in the moto even though he rode insane afterward. If he can keep it on 2 wheels he may have more for Jett like RC has been picking on him for years but RC rode wide open too and Chase already has a #1 plate now towards success.
Pretty boys get pretty girls. Racers talk best with their helmets on to impress with gutsy rides. Name your top 5 riders with the most passes who pull chicks I am sure LaRocco would have made a list coming off broken bones and passing most of the field with bad starts. Neck Jett can hold a pace doing nose wheelies with a donut in his mouth but wait a few years for Deegs to punt them like a foot baller. Is she under teen arrest with the brick wall lol?
I am not a Jett golf ball waxer but I just noticed he got a 6th in Moto 2 despite a fresh injury and boss says he ain’t hurt so this may not be as new of a season for the fantasy people unfortunately with Chase still doing his patented slide-outs. It was fun to watch a good comeback but that’s what it was: a comeback after another crash.
Dave Thorpe, 1985 British 500 GP. He got knocked down on the first corner, got up last and cut through the whole field to take the lead within 4 laps. On an old-school, grassy, off-camber rough-as-guts track where passing was supposed to be difficult.
I was there that day as a 15 year old and it was incredible; I've never experienced anything like it since. You could hear where he was on the track just by following the roar of the crowd.
Do they still have 500’s? I can’t remember the last 2 stroke must have been the 80’s other than the Rm-Zilla. England has a good spirit despite the weather. The stadium must be epic. Come to think of it there must have been a race where Pastrana fell and knocked himself silly and come back blowing by everyone.
Herlings and Freddie (who caused the crash) where last. When they got up. Herlings got away just before Noren so he was 39th?
Musquin had an off track excursion with a pretty healthy lead too in the waning moments ... but all part of it I guess.
Musquin was so famous for going off track I thought it was slapstick part of the show.
Pit Row
Is that another one of Tom’s ex’s lol she could be French.
There's a lot of 500's being raced in the UK despite them not being built for decades. Good ones sell for big money and yet there was a time when you couldn't give them away.
I knew a guy who worked at the UK Kawasaki headquarters when they put their focus on 250's around the early '90's. They ordered a few skips and literally threw all their dismantled 500's in as they were no longer needed. Those skips would be literal gold mines now lol
Chase's ride was one for the ages. Glad to see it in person.
Dungey's ride that day was historic and it ranks right up there with any of the all-time great rides, even if it only resulted in an overall podium for the day.
That photo is iconic, too. She went from Mama to Mama Bear as soon as that engine fired up.
You can’t compare the beast sound of a 500
Statistics? What did the statistics say about Jett holeshot to: eat shit combo?
I hope he’s better next race and I hope chase has high confidence so we can see some good racing.
my money’d be on chase
Is mom yelling “you forgot your umbrella” or “top 5 or no dinner”.
“Just because you are 2 laps down is no excuse to not win” or “just don’t get in the main line or get roosted and you will be fine”.
2017 Ironman. One dude named Jeffrey with a borrowed bike and never seen the track before in his life.
1 misjudge crash after Jett being undefeated winning every championship versus Chase crashing all over the tv screen each race still not passing or starting ahead and now your money is going on Chase with Jett having no claimed injury and basically a top 5 within hours of crashing. Double check your donut stocks and bonds investments.
A few years ago, I think Mark Barnett did it in 1981 125cc GP mid Ohio second moto
I could picture Dowdy picking his way through the pack not stopping till the checkers or McGrath could have tipped over in the 1st turn and passed everyone.
