I know that you aren’t very knowledgeable about these things, but it wasn’t up to Feld to evacuate the stadium. All facilities like this have to follow their emergency response plans, and the stadium management is the entity that determines when to evacuate the stadium, when it is safe to allow people back to their seats, etc.
