He's a great asset to Vital and moto media in general.

It's also hilarious to hear him do the ad reads on the podcast. English accents can be sound so sarcastic at times and listening to Lewis do the ad reads is accidental comedy gold.

It's a British thing. Same with pronouncing Beta "BEE-TAH" rather than "BAY-TAH". Tomato tomato, and all that.

To be fair when I heard Kellen say Nikey as a Brit I thought what the hell is he talking about. I guess Moto is the only American media I follow  so I'd never heard how Americans say it.

In Sweden we say it the same way as you guys do, but i met people that worked on Nike 20 years ago and they said it like the Americans do so i know how it should be pronunced but few Swedes do.

Lewis is doing a great job and in a short time has become a very popular personality in American motocross. I had to wait in line to meet him at the Dallas SX this year .. no joke. He was standing next to Max Anstie in the Firepower pits after practice and there were a line of 4-5 people waiting to meet Lewis and Max kinda awkwardly stood there alone with his wife.

I’m pretty sure when Nike first launched in the UK the adverts prounced it Nike, like Bike. So it’s sort of their fault the UK pronounces it like they do. To be fair, the US pronunciation seems a little weird if you want to ride your bikey haha
