Terra Firma 1 had some great passes in it. RR passing 2 guys at once and making them look like novices. Henry passing Lammy on the inside was insane.

ok,

I have to submit this one. Bobbym and I went round for round on this argument back in 2007. But this right here shows the never give up attitude of Grant Langston. 2nd moto for the win and overall, I think GL was about 5-6 seconds behind at the start of the last lap and had come from WAAYYYY back, the fastest lap of the day was his last . They enter the last turn and like mad max and thunder dome, two man enter, one man leave.

In heindseight, yeah it took him out of the championship because it about ripped his foot off but, he wasn't about to lie dwn and let Alessi have the win and after working for 35 plus minuted he wasn't going to settle for second.

Johnny O' at the Daytona SX (83?) by far in my book. Last ditch effort over the finish line jump. Anyone have a picture of that...

Ding, ding, ding. My choice for the winner!! Thanks for the pic. I was standing there and it was surreal. In this picture, I'd bet O'Mara is still on his way up while Johnson is landing in the pit.

I was also at Gainesville when Kehoe made his pass attempt, and that too was awesome, but for me it paled in comparison to Johnny O's pass.

I don't know about the single greatest, but the pass that James Stewart put on Ping in his very first SX sent a signal that he was legit. It was kind of a turning table top and James almost looke like he jumped under Ping on the same flight path, but just lower. It was pretty amazing IMO.

The single greatest pass was by Danny Magoo in the Super bikers , he passed Wise WFO on the outside against the wall and had to take his hand off the bars to get by.

I know Bobbym has the clip

Maybe not the greatest but does anyone remember villo passing townley for the lead in millville 2007? It was wide open and just barely got him around the outside of a left hander, not talked about much but it was very impressive cause it looked impossible when Townley had the better position going into the corner and it looked pretty tight

They had a 2-page spread of this shot in MOTO a couple years back...definitely one of the best MX pics ever taken.

Reynard passing RC @ dilla in the turn by vendors row. robbie railed the outside on a 125 and passed RC like he was standing still. I can still remember that and to this day think its the fastest I have ever seen a guy ride a 125.
x2000
that was an awesome weekend to get to watch RC and RR on 125, Reynard was carrying so much speed on the suzuki

The pass/passes Ron Ron put on James Stewart in Vegas. The last one was probably my favorite pass all time!!!

What about McGrath passing Stanton for his first big bike win at Anaheim? He pretty much jumped right over him into his line and took off. Wasn't a crazy pass but, who he was passing was the #1 guy and it pretty much started McGrath's dominance. Another one would be Bradshaw passing Davis on the second to last lap down in Miami...that was a good one.
