since 5th place became the points leader
Wheres el hombres interview?
You've been around here since 2014 and haven't seen the numerous instances where they've interviewed 4th/5th?
It’s Jett bro…we need to understand his feelings….…was hoping it would be in Spanish

When 5th place is leading or tied for the championship. I guess you just started watching this year.
When 5th is Jett or Deegs you get an interview
He's the points leader for gods sake
That’s funny.. I’ve been riding, racing and watching since Yamaha was the only bike with a single shock. And I can’t remember a 5th place interview for a guy who just got caught in the points..
I get it he should be interviewed. But ando put in a hell of a push to hold him off. He deserves one too.
You’re not wrong..
First time they interviewed someone that finished off the box was Deegan.
No, he’s tied w/ Webb, so since Webb won the race & has the red plate, he was really the only points leader we needed to hear from. Besides, Jett sulked & pouted like a spoiled brat on national tv. We didn’t really need to hear that “insight”.
Cool. Now i'll get off your lawn. Pardon me
Gotta admit, the broadcast was a huge step up. Good use of split screens, followed relevant battles, caught mistakes that could’ve mattered.
So tied in the points lead is not the points leader??? Would you prefer we say co- points leadr? 🙄
Agree. Better angles showing speed and not following one rider for too long. I believe I almost heard a bike too.
First time ever?
Is he supposed to be happy about losing? Just roll over and say ‘oh well, it happens’? Not a chance, these guys get to this level because they’re hyper competitive and losing pisses them off (and it should).
Pit Row
He doesn’t have to be happy, he can act however he wants.
I was just stating that he was sulking & pouting like a spoiled brat on live TV.
I guess I expected a little humility or grave in defeat since he’s a professional racer. All the others seem to maintain some level of humility & professionalism when they loose.
He’s young, he’ll mature & figure it out as he gets older.
You say he was sulking and pouting like he’s a toddler who had his favorite toy taken away. The guy is at the top of his sport and he was (rightfully) pissed because he had a bad night.
He wouldn’t be as good as he is if he didnt care and wasnt so driven to win, He wouldn’t have fought back for a top 5 spot if he wasnt so driven either. Its what makes him a champion. Hardly the first guy to be so driven either.
Ricky and Chad looked like a family member had died if they finished second. They just hated losing so much. Especially to each other.
5th place is a Red Plate holder
These last few races are going to be epic and somehow people still bitch about Jett.
In a 1V1 boxing match or fight, they still interview the loser. I don’t think it’s that crazy that they interviewed the current points leader that just gave up a ton of points to the runner up.
As fans, it’s good we got that interview! That’ll be the only media coverage you get from the current points leader that got smoked by the runner up. In my opinion, it was really nice to see a humbled and frustrated Jett. He has a red plate and has been hemorrhaging points to Webb. He’s important to the series currently. Of course they’re going to interview him, to think they shouldn’t is strange.
Do you truly not understand the difference between a spoiled brat, who usually blame everyone else for their failures, and a professional athlete who gets angry at themselves for making mistakes?
Or are you just another one eyed fool who can’t even acknowledge the feats of those other than their favourite rider?
There’s only one person here sounding immature, and it isn’t Jett.
Points leader...
Since when? don't remember how many times James got interviewed off the box?
One lap at the end of the whoops, not sure if it was heat or main but the camera was on eli and the bike sounded how eli normally has it, clutch in, wide open, almost.
True that
I think Dazzy would be a good interview right about now…
They interviewed James as he was walking off the track at A1 09
