Obviously we all have a heavy heart right now, but who takes the spot for nationals? Or do they even fill it?

Would love for Ty Masterpool to get a shot at it, especially after his rides last year.
Was the original plan to have Forkner move up for outdoors and join AC and JAndo?
Masterpoole might be an interesting fill in guy.
Schock doesnt have an outdoor ride I think. Be cool to see him get it.
Too bad Osbourne has decided to cancel his comeback plans, he would be great also.

Did I hear Mitchell Harrison wants to ride the AMA series on Pulps podcast yesterday?
Does Musquin still pull a paycheck from KTM/Redbull? Is he in shape?

I can't think of anyone besides Masterpool TBH, but factory teams don't have the balls to take a chance.
If I was a betting man (which I’m not) I’d put my money on Anderson is the lone Kawi guy and they don’t have a fill-in.
Masterpool has had at least one shot on a Factory Team.
and that boi was flyin
I suppose.
I don't think it's that the Factories don't have the balls....I think it's that they see a career best finish of 6th place and a bunch of drama that makes him hard to work with.
At least that's my assumption, there's gotta be a reason he's been dropped/left several teams in the past.
All that said, looking at the dudes who are potentially available for that ride for outdoors, he'd probably be a good pick. But does he want to leave HBI for a deal that's just for the Summer? Seems pretty well known that the Kawi seat is going to Prado come October 1.
Forkner
Nobody.
Masterpool seems like a good pick but what about Freddy #22 would look good next to number 21.
Tickle
Whether they fill it or not will be based on sponsorship obligations, such as that from Monster Energy. With that being said, as cool as it would be to see Masterpool or Fast Freddie on a factory KX, the only logical pick from an existing contract standpoint would be one of Mitch’s guys from PC. And my guess is it would be Forkner as first pick and Kitchen as second.
That's a big rig for 1 bike.
Savatgy is probably so pumped to have that Triumph ride so he didn’t have to be a place holder for a season before they sign Prado and kick him to the curb again.
ML made a valid point of Kawasaki wanting more than one rider on this new generation of bike for testing data gathering and such but I am struggling to think of anybody besides Masterpool that could slide into that spot in such short notice and be around where he can finish outdoors (assuming it’s anything like last year). You’re going into knowing it’s only for MX and maybe SMX this year. Is MaddParts racing outdoors? If not, maybe Noren?
Pit Row
Is Anderson not racing outdoors? Seen trend of teams not running fill in riders so don’t see them adding anyone
JLaw
Baggett.... Seriously. I know people.
Personally, I dig the idea of Forkner…Tickle, too.
Monster is paying for 2 riders, so my guess is they will fill it!
Would love to see what Tickle could do, he's definitely the most plug-and-play guy they have already on the payroll.
Who is not signed for Outdoors?
Jlaw been training and on a kawi at that. I say call him up.
but for real, Ty Masterpool would be cool.
2025 will be more interesting. Would be sick to see Mookie there.
This would be ‘24 outdoors only as Prado and Ando are signed for ‘25.
Forkner has a legit shot to win on 250s and the PC bikes are really strong outdoors since they "found something," I don't see any upside to move him up. I kinda like the idea of Tickle if that's something he's interested in.
Might be a tough road to hoe for Tickle, he hasn't done outdoors since 2020.
