When you have 7 championships and 72 wins you can call it whatever the fuck you want to call it. Im am sick of people being disrespectful to the greats of this sport. 

He is far more invested in this than you are.

It is like gaslighting the fans, oh so for 50 years they were "motocross" bikes and now they are "supermotocross" bikes 😂  suddenly in 2023 it changed for $$$ reasons from FELD ENTERTAINMENT.   it actually does matter, since the sport wasn't just invented last year. 

You've misunderstood what oxymorons are. But beside that, MC calling it a supermotocross bike is a sell out move. They're not even really called supercross bikes. They're motocross bikes, or dirtbikes as Americans like to say. If MC had invented the term supermotocross bike for his own idiosyncratic reasons that would be weird, but fine.  The fact is he's doing it for Kenneth Feld's money. 

For a TV broadcast that it's trying to appeal to new audiences, always explaining thing for people who have never watched a race, the only thing they are doing with calling everything as "SuperMotocross" is confusing newbies more, does a new fan know the diference between Supercross,  Motocross and SuperMotocross? Does he now there is a Supercross, motocross and Supermotocross champion? And the world champion is the Supermotocross champion? But apparently the Supermotocross World champion isn't the only World champion because according to the broadcast Tom vialle is a 2 time World champion in MXGP, thank god that when they talk about MXGP they don't say the "Motocross World Championship", they say MXGP of GPs in Europe, because calling it Motocross World Championship would be even more confusing.

Should be called AMA Supercross, AMA Motocross and AMA Grand National Championship, period.

If you add up career earnings of a star who came after MC, you’d have to knock a zero off the end to possibly get down to MC’s total earnings. He made a lot less money than those who followed.

having MC in the booth for even 5 minutes was legendary. RC even got excited to have him there, having him do the science of super cross and not be a weekly contributor to the actual calling of the races is criminal in my opinion.
