i have noticed that people are hiding away from this, and it has been somewhat not discussed.
first of all, i think someone like Blair deserves to have is word proven, us fans should have the meanings to trust his words and separate him from does midia players that talk shit all around in hopes to get some luck and get something right.....
As for the "Captain America", it is important for me, and i bet for a ton of fans, to know if his, or his camp, mindset in the pre-season was to actually dominate the class and move up to the 450 class in order to figth off the foreigner "enemy" and put up the stars and stripes again......
does anyone here knows what really happened ???
Wtf are you even talking about ?
I need a Turkish to English translator!
This hurts my brain.
Does anyone know what you are "really" talking about? WTF?

I could see that being Deegan thing to think they could dominate 250 and move up to 450 next year and beat Jett lol even before he got gifted his first SX win. He called himself unhuman, I think they are that Delusional
Pretty sure his 1st language is Portuguese; so, It translates a bit differently…
Are we talking about Daniel Blair?
Who are we calling Captain America? (And who’s the foreign invader/invaders?)
I’ll start with an answer to what I think your 1st question is: I’ve heard that other people in the booth wanted Daniel gone.
Bom dia,
Manny
I think they meant to say "subhuman".
Jett wadded it up a number of times before he kicked butt in the 250’s
many future super stars in the 250’s didn’t make it in the 450’s….
After reading a few times, I think he is referencing one of Daniel Blair’s YouTube shows where he said he had heard the Deegan’s plan was to win the 250 championships this year and move up to 450 next year, 2025. So with that context I think he means Deegan is Captain American and the invader is Jett.
Talking about Deegan's plan of dominating both SX and MX championship this year and moving up to the 450 class in 2025.
Thanks…now I get it!
I think little Deegs is gonna be on a 250 for a coupl’a years.
Yup, that rather cryptic post is about "Danger Boy"...
But why the rush, does him and his camp really think it would be beneficial to put him on a 450 so early (even if he wins both 'ships this year)?
Dose he really think his speed and inconsistency would be better served in the 450's, rather than another refining year in the 250's before stepping up?
He's won 1 SX, won the SMX (when the points leader sat out the final round), and finished 4th in MX last year.
Is Star really gonna put him on a 450 up against ET, CW, and JC ?
At first I didn't get what you're talking about, but now... I still don't get it
It makes sense if you don't think about it.
Yep no rush. Give him 2 more years in 250 s.
Why the rush? I don't known. I'm guessing he/they wants to race the best riders.
Maybe they're delusional?
Even if he wants to move up, I don't see Star agreeing to it.
I don’t understand the deegan hype. Watching Jett, he is naturally incredible smooth and hits every single mark every single lap. He is 3% better everywhere and usually hits it perfect 95% of the time. Deegan reminds me of a rookie barcia, fast but not real smooth. And his attitude and mental instability in the heat of the moment is just a spitting image of barcia. 250 champion sure, but no way is he going to dominate the 450’s like they seem to think.
Pit Row
Believe the hype.
Why not move up? That would be similar to Carmichael's path.
Most of the 450 class is full of old guys (in SX terms) who are likely to retire soon. If he raced 450SX in 2025, that would probably be a learning year, and by 2026 guys like Tomac, Roczen, Webb, Anderson, Plessinger, Ferrandis, Stewart, Cianciarulo and Justin Cooper will either be retired or not threatening to win many races.
even with my magic decoder ring I have no idea what you are talking about.........
I can almost see the sense in moving Deegan up next year. When you're young you learn quickly and adapt to new baselines fast. Deegan seems to be the type of person who will just step up and figure things out when needed, but that will change as he gets older. Better to capitalize on it now, keep challenging him as much as possible, and maximize the learning he can get before a huge swath of riders retire.
surely this whole Deegan thing to 450's in 2025 is a joke...
Deegan and Carmichael are not the same. RC won 8 outdoor rounds in his first year in the 125 class, Deegan only one. In his first year in 125 supercross he won 3 rounds, and in his second year, he won all of them.
As a few people have pointed out here and in other threads the Deegan hype - so far - is not really warranted. If he had come into the class as a normal rider without all the social media background people would be talking about him in a far more realistic and controlled fashion.
Or he could struggle and get constantly injured because he's not ready. He shouldn't be moving up until he's started consistently beating his 250 competition.
I agree. I don't understand why people compare him to Tomac in style. His riding style is nothing like Tomac's. As you say, he reminds me much more of Barcia, especially with the over-revving.
Brian would say Haiden was moving to live on the moon and race Cratercross if it would get him a few more clicks.
ET will be gone at the end of this season...
Anyway, Deegs isn't ready for the 450.
I see the comparison to Barcia SO much
