I can't fit anymore in our 2-car tandem garage unfortunately. I'm gonna have to get my 2.5-year-old son a bike soon too
It will be interesting to see when all the OEMs are balls deep into electric and there are multiple options in the market. I hope Stark can make it.
I'm sorry, can you please point to anywhere in my posts where I've said anything misleading or inaccurate about Stark or their sales numbers (than none of us here have access to)? You have nothing but time on your hands, please, go back through my posting history and dig up one example where I intentionally mislead anyone with inaccurate information about Stark or E-bikes in general. I'll wait. . .
Also, more power to the OP, if he thinks a new two stroke will fit his riding better then a Stark then by all means buy the two stroke. I love my YZ and still ride it often, it's not going anywhere.
He won't. He claims to be "Mr. Legitimate Question" but anytime one is asked of him he cowers away back into the hole he came from.

And labels them as an " Irrelevant a$$hole" or something like that. I do hope he digs up whatever he is saying was false. He makes statements that seem more opinion based most of the time though. So I am going to guess he is calling something false because he just doesn't agree with it.
Just wait until MXA comes out with their long-term Varg test and has an overall positive opinion , he will claim that MXA was somehow paid off or cling to whatever negatives they find no matter how small. While ignoring all the positives like he has with any other review so far. Both things can be true , and only the end user knows if the downsides will impact them or not. Its a great bike, not perfect just like many other bikes.
Its a California thing, not Stark not wanting to deliver. Some sort of regulations . Funny that Cali of all states would be the one that would not allow the Varg. With so much moto , as well as the perceived push towards EV's in general.
That comment....it's like I don't even know you.....
Please.... you and Beagle are the undisputed Main Stream Media cheerleaders of moto when it comes to these bikes....
Good job completely avoiding his question....we wouldn't have expected anything different.
How did Brian get the first Stark delivered to CA?
This is the best answer to 9 of 10 of these polls.
No offense to Cayden Thompson, he has a legitimate moto question, but most are just a way of telling others about shit they have going on personally, and the answer is almost always ---

Still waiting. . . If I was as egregious as you implied it should be pretty easy to find something, shouldn't it? I mean it's not like you would ever post anything baseless and misleading would you?
I do appreciate other's opinions/insight/advice. Not only for my own personal well-being but also for entertainment purposes.
Your goal was to create an ebike vs. ICE argument, admit it .
The only thing gayer than an electric bike is bashing other people for riding what they want to ride
I don't know. It would be pure speculation on my part.
There are so many rules for importing stuff, When You import items in smaller numbers/dollar amounts the laws are more relaxed. Maybe there was a loophole that let them bring a single bike in. Or they just got lucky? I would like to know.
I import smaller amounts of parts and related stuff. And the laws change as the dollar amounts grow. And vary depending on what country they come from. I have not looked into importing complete bikes enough to have a really good idea of exactly what it might have been.
But I really do not know how he was able to get his. And it would be interesting to find out.
Pit Row
Just because somebody likes something doesn't mean they are spreading false info.
If You really care about discrediting them, posting an example of the " misinformation" would help You prove that Your not just making stuff up.
They like the bikes and choose to focus mostly on the positives of them, not denying that the bikes and company have their faults like anything.
You choose to come on here and point out the bad parts and call the positive information paid for, false, fake, etc.
I think everybody gets it that You do not like the bikes. Or the people who like the bikes. But lying about stuff that they have said is only hurting Your credibility. I think that if they posted something that turned out to not be true, that they would really appreciate You showing them their mistaken info. So that they could make sure they had a chance to correct any false info they may have put out.
You're wasting your time .
EDIT: I see Cayden beat me to the punch.
1000%
But ol' Magoober will quickly be spouting off about he's asking legitimate questions soon enough....yet he is NEVER able to answer any legitimate questions asked of him.
You know, I wonder if he's becoming a little senile as he gets up there in years? Maybe it's not his fault?
Man...we need a multi-quote feature on this board.
Common in any kind of sales.
Personally, I’d like one, but I’m not going to purchase one for a year or two because I want everyone else to be the guinea pigs. Once the problems are figured out, I’m in.
OP, just ride whatever makes you happy, that's my take on this bike thing
As for our disinformation king, well, my best guess, stated here before, is that Stark could have anywhere between 15-25% conversion rate from $100 pre orders to full orders. That would be about 14 000 cancellations.
So I'll say your estimate of 1 000 cancellations is laughably low, and your claim I'm pushing Stark propaganda when my guess is 10 times more cancellations, it's just chef kiss.
Keep doing what you do best, baseless accusations without a shred of evidence while never accounting for anything you write... but please don't let your adoration for Stark cloud your judgement, we would all miss your invaluable insight
You are and I are in the same boat. Sure I would like one, but with how things ended up with Alta, and I am not a fan of Stark marketing practices - I would rather wait until one of the big 5 produce them. This way I have ensured I didn't spend $15K (or whatever) on something I can't use, or even worse, can't sell.
If Stark survives until that point, and beyond, that is great for them! I am just not a gambler.
I'm onboard with this. But, I would def buy one if I had money coming out my a$$ and $15K was nothing to me...
He’s really fast, incredibly intelligent, and good looking, too. He lives above the law.
Hey everyone, just wanted to pop in and say hi! So, I've been poking around about those Starks deliveries, and it looks like getting those bikes to California might take a little longer than expected. Any thoughts on what we can do? I'll keep chatting with folks to see if there's any interest out there. It seems like Stark is hitting some roadblocks in California, which is causing delays in getting those bikes to us. A buddy of mine actually canceled his order, but only got his deposit back after mentioning legal action. It's frustrating, isn't it? I'm starting to lean towards going with traditional ICE bikes since this process is dragging on. I will try and see what's going on... WFO!
