They just pick what they want like in amateurs. Then if 2 riders have the same number. 1 will have to change it. Who gets preference? They would say 1st to enter. But would really be given to who's more of a top dog.

These #1 plate presentations are LAME!  Don't talk to the rider, just hand off the plate.

I believe he was on Yamaha and training with Townley last year before he went over.

With that, it looked like Towers had a classic Jofa roost guard on, from behind. His red numbers and white rear shoulders to his jersey had me going WTH?

I called In one nite last year and asked them how the mxgp package never missed any of the battles in any race with one man calling all the action and how we can’t even get a hot lap in during race day live!! Weegie was there and answered me by saying how could they possibly cover the race that well and I told him to just go back and watch!! My call was short lived after that!!

It's his 36th time up there. Only 22 more until he moves up to the pro's. This 2nd place just extended his amateur contract 2 years.

Wheeltapping into the whoops... The kid showed a lot of potential, being 16 and having so much technique and style! Never got in a hairy situation, contrary of his 19 year old competition who had a very close call.

What are your thoughts of this "Future Stars series"? Are some kids not just to "green" behind the ears?

I don’t think he actual has a deal with Star. He is fighting for a deal like Dax did last year.
