I was listening to the Swap Moto Kickstarter podcast and they off topic said does Team Fried still do merch, and just moved on. Well went to the instagram and they haven’t posted in about 5 months, and then went to the website and was greeted by this. Anyone hear anything? Also El Hombre removed it from his bio

I think Tom got a job with Racerx so maybe had to stop filming for Team Fried and I thought Team Fried got bought out.
Isnt Tom the one doing the Laurence brothers youtube now?
I heard Lawrence was picking up the domain....but renaming it to "Been Fried".

They at one point had some kids running it (I think they poured over from the Hemecula crew) which felt a bit odd to me because Ando wasn’t close friends with them and it felt forced. The thing about team fried that made it fun and lighthearted was because they were all friends. Honestly thought Team Fried would have been Anderson’s cash cow after racing. They could have posted more regularly with Vlogs etc., continued to sell merch, host ride days etc.
Team Fried died when Tommy Tenders and Ando had a falling out and Tenders left.
Well he better get that merch made up. He just gained a ton of fans after last weekend.
Chicken tender reviews broke up the band.
Hopefully Ando comes back with Team Baked or Team Grilled as a healthier alternative.
Do you know what happened between Tommy Tenders and JA? What was the reason of the fall out?
"Baked" seems the more likely alternative to "Fried".
Tom took a job with racer x and Jason (allegedly) wasn’t stoned on it
idk what happened with the third guy though I think he split a good few months before that happened
I do not know too many details but it seems they ended on good terms, their life goals just changed. I assume Jason’s new relationship had something to do with it. To my knowledge, tenders was living under his roof before he started taking on more responsibilities with RacerX.
Team Fried died the second Tom left, in my book. I believe Matty Rice stayed on and was doing filming and edits, but now maybe he moved on? Not sure, could've been a really idea and brand and was honestly on its way.
Racer X job had nothing to do with the split. He was contributing there for a while, at least a year or longer before the end of Fried. Selling merch is a fun idea, but it’s a tough game for the long haul. T Tenders is a talented and good guy, glad he landed on his feet.
JA21 post today was pretty good, but I would bet the entertainment value for us fans would have been through the roof if the band was still together.
Who remembers the dust up with Barcia a few years back and the “buy Team Fried merch”? That was gold.

I believe theres more to it. Tommy working for RacerX, and Lawrence's I feel there is some old beef that went down.
Tenders and Anderson came up with "Team Fried". Someone in Anderson's inner circle made him believe that the brand's value was more than what was being realized and that he should make money on it (more aggressive sales, quantity over quality, etc.). Tenders did not agree and left because he knew it would not work. Anderson made a push with some lame content and not-so-thoughtful marketing and here we are. It did not work.

I feel Tommy and his other mate that's low key (the one that went to Europe with them for mxon and that skates) is what made Team Fried "Team Fried" anyone eles doing it, ain't the same, so hence why I believe it flopped too.
I did notice JA new group has teamed up with Buttery and crossed promoted. His new group to me seems like there in it for the clout oppose to what I felt like a genuine authenticity good time vibe with og "Team Fried" IMO

Because Anderson is a f'kin asshole as evidenced so many times. The only thing that ever made him cool was team fried - that was entirely Tommy Tenders (who he treated like shit in many videos)
Jason gave Matty Rice and Tom the boot. Not sure what Rice is doing now but Tom is racerx and team Lawrence. If you look closely you’ll see a few insta comment digs from Jason towards Tom

Easy to want things to be more "chill" when you're not the one paying the bills. Anderson seems pretty astute with his finances and with a family a few decent earnings years left, he probably didn't went to be losing money on the venture any longer. Doubt they were making much off of YouTube and Merch, certainly not enough for two full time employees
