I understand the suggestion and it would be cool and all, but Mayson didn't ask for this or anything as far as I know. Let him enjoy what he has been given. I'm sure Hammer 663s will continue to update us and convey Mayson's gratitude.

Been there done that. I was asking for some remotely scientific evidence...

Added reply in a thread PRAEP 10/15/2019 7:45 AM

Good point, poor choice of words on my end. But regardless: Is there any evidence that this transfers to the track compared to more traditional strength training which, in these days, often include balance/stability?

Added reply in a thread PRAEP 10/15/2019 7:14 AM

Strength obviously helps you on the trail, but is there any scientific facts arguing that this works better over more traditional strength training?

Giving Vice credit for this is a stretch. It has been well-known and talked about for years that she got into a mess and did time. She showed up in Windham NY for the UCI World Cup in 2015 and I believe she did practice on a borrowed bike https://www.redbull.com/au-en/videos/missy-giove-windham-world-cup-qualifying-2015 ... more »
