villopoto had the highest at about 45%

McGrath carmichael and stew all about 40.

Tomac about 30

Jett is currently at 50%. In a couple days it will either be 33% or 67%

I was just trying to highlight how crazy and how quickly things can change. That ac was the next guy. Shit changes and now we are stoked for Adam. But laughing at Jett for failing. But they got 8th and 9th.

In an interview with Jack at the time he mentioned that as you get older, life happens. You get married and have kids and that takes away some of your focus. Or in Tigers case, your wife finds out you have girlfriends and she hits you with a 7 iron and you drive your suv into a tree.

Mens major golf championships:

Jack Nicklaus-18

Tiger Woods-15

Bangin bar whores takes away the focus😂

So they say. Unfortunately... I was never ever able to test this theory.

If there are any future studies on bar whore theory, I will be a willing participant...you know...to future science and shit.

You would have bet money, four figures easy, back in the day whether or not Tiger was gonna break that record

Do you really think that a thread about sharing the stoke of…well…maybe…just maybe…Adam might be figuring his arm/hand problem out…and appears to be able to finish a bit better & more consistent than his previous season…that thread required you defending Jett just having a rough night (by Jett’s standards)?

Look, Jett’s gonna be an absolute killer for quite a while. Ain’t nobody ‘round h’yar needin’ to defend him. Especially in a thread that DID NOT have jack to do with him.

Now, let’s discuss, argue or debate WHO THE HELL we’re gonna get on the MX101 450…?!

See? There’s much more important stuff for us to worry about!!! Laughing

Hope it’s not getting too damn cold in The Great White North.

He is in his place. Some people are twisting what he said into something else.

Jett: Beating MC's win record is a goal.

Fans: Jett said he's going to beat the King's record of 72 wins. Ha, Ha, Ha.

Also adjust the 72 for inflation since he had less rounds per season and tune it up to probably 80 wins.

Too much ambitions too soon. Be humble and don't even talk about it till you have at least a few 450 SX titles. Bonne année Mav au fait.

Don't forget joining suzuki two weeks before the season opener.  That would never ever happen now.

you're not wrong but his psychotic fans making threads of "Is McGrath worried?" along with JS7 saying "71 to go" isn't helping. if I was handling JL18 I'd be telling him to downplay it entirely - "Who knows. I'm worried about next weekend and that's it" and then STFU. Otherwise it's going to keep getting hyped and will become a distraction.

IMO, it's never too early to set goals and work towards them.

I don't find him cocky or arrogant at all. It would be a whole different story had he said "I'm going to beat MC's win record and have at least 8 450SX titles before I retire."

Bonne année à toi aussi.

I don’t remember them all but Irving 95 was a pretty good mudder and he looked good. Ended up 2nd between Henry and Dowd

MC's win % would have been higher again if he did not do races out of retirement for fun and even then he was still top 5.

Pretty sure MC was only riding 6-7 faces in 06 as his farewell tour. Next time James is on one of the televised podcasts, the show host should play this clip and ask him what he was thinking?

The cockiest thing I can remember MC doing was riding with an "RJ Who" patch on his pants the day he surpassed RJ's record. MC was very humble for how badass he could ride SX

I remember that butt patch too. I think it was for 28 wins and he blew that record out of the water. I think Jett is amazing but I don’t see how anyone one will touch MC’s SX record. His progression level was like ten years ahead of the competition.

Nah. Sam Snead said Tiger's body wouldn't hold up to that swing and he has been proven right. Tiger is great and everything but Jack beat him at the Masters once while well into his 50's. Nicholas finished second in 19 PGA major tournaments. 5 of those were playoffs or by a shot. Over 50 top 5 finishes in majors... Nope. The goat of golf is Nicholas. Soccer? Messi. Motocross? Don't be silly! Supercross? "You can not be serious!"
