Living in Dallas it has been under 30 degrees since Saturday night. That 65 on Saturday looks so freaking great in San Diego.

I don't know what app ya'll are looking at, but mine says 61% chance of rain all day. I live here, so I hope not, because I have tickets. Lol. But right now it's not looking good.

Coming in from Phoenix...  Looking like it's going to be a perfect night for racing.  Maybe an occasional sprinkle to keep the dust down.  Smile

This is the closet Weather Station to Snap Dragon Stadium for Saturday Weather. Looks like the Chance of Rain is going down, from Tuesday it was a 65% after 5 PM to today it is now 43% after 5 pm. The earlier the show the better.

It's confusing how they switch between eastern time and local time there. Lol.

Not to worry mate. The models are showing a major system with heavy rainfall engulfing the west coast.

It was getting better, now it’s getting worse.  6pm 90% chance of rain and .46”.

The right nut is up for grabs too if that helps the case at all.

have we ever had two rain races in a row?

1/18/2024 4:38am

Have weather predictions become less accurate over time or am I imagining it? I look at predictions for temperature now and ignore the percentage of precipitation. I could look outside and it be raining cats and dogs, but weather channel shows no rain.

So many different weather predictions from the various apps.  Accuweather is usually my favorite, and it's giving the worst report...

Not sure what we're going to get.  But I'll have poncho's for my wife and I.

Fortunately, it's not raining prior to race day, so it should be a great track with a little inconvenience for the fans.

It takes more than a bit of rain to make it a mudder. I don’t think there’s anything to worry about. We’ll see some proper racing Saturday night

Fingers that you are right bud...

15 rounds left so there is still plenty racing in the dry. Can't wait for all the heavy hitters to click and give us the ultimate shootout..it's coming..I can feel it in my bones....as long as there is no rain..

Yes, now it is highly likely for Rain.

https://www.wunderground.com/hourly/us/ca/san-diego/KCASANDI5099/date/2…

A small amount of Rain likely...........% chance of Rain is in the far right column, below. But the amount of Rain is very, very light. Typical SD Weather.

I'd rather see my sister in a whore house than my brother with an umbrella.

Should be wet and slick but nothing like last week so the Jett fan boys can’t cry about the conditions when he tucks the front end!

Would make for a more interesting championship wouldn't it?
