On the track/on the ground/in the pits/in the tunnel: McGrath, Carmichael, Blair & Weege. 

Any and all “background stories”/puff pieces are to be shown ONLY during breaks in the racing and NEVER during actual races.
Cameras & crew ON THE TRACK/at the gate/restart area DURING all the commotion of a restart period. 
A well thought out color-coding/designation system for brand of bike. A better sorted out split screen/“screen in screen” system with no border info/no chyrons during split screen segments. Replays via split screen ONLY when played during races/Do not leave the live action for a replay. 

Ricky Carmichael, Ryan Villopoto and James Stewart, they all raced and kicked the shit out of each other.

Right? Literally we have the same content format since Bailey and Eckmann and i am not kidding. The dude has had his job for how many years and it has been dog shit every year. So I am sure the doors are really being knocked down for that position🤣. Must be why the high ups think he is doing a good job. Meanwhile our media fanboys ask “questions” about his job instead of what could be improved. Kind of a joke in the end. Oh well. We get what we get

Im pretty sure Stephenson was a commentator for Supercross for a year,  and Arenacross for numerous years.He was good.

Stew and Blair in the booth. Weege, JT and Erin Bravo doing trackside stuff. Emig started a little rough but obviously put tons of work into it, would love to see him back as well. 
Love RC as a racer but “inside, outside” and “3rds make 2nds, 2nds make 1sts” every race, all race gets old by A2. 
To be fair, listening to the same announcers for years makes their announcing predictable.

I have to give RC credit, 2024 has been a ton better for the first three races. 

Any one of them that can bring the mxgp camera crew with them as their coverage of the actual race is on a level that makes our crew seem like complete clowns!! No filler and never showing back of pack while there is a battle near the front!! Only way we know during our coverage is by timing board or hearing the crowd during the broadcast!! Just see how many hot laps we get to see today during race day live?

I like the crew they have now. I think RC is ok paired up with Diffey although I prefer James. Weege's new role is cool and I've even warmed up to Dan on Raceday Live. I also like Will just fine. The production crew is what needs an overhaul imho.

I agree that the production team needs to do better in terms of showing the results for heat races, better split screen, not showing full image replays while there’s a live race going on. 
 

It’s really not a lot that we’re asking for, we just want them to be somewhat competent at what they do.
