We did not post that. This is the official for this event.
Is there any of the purse guaranteed or is it all from entry fee's and depends on how many riders enter per class ?

Think vital is the epicenter of moto? Think people got time to check a message board daily. Im not involved, but seems like a guy or group are trying to do something cool, guess its just easy to bag on folks, rather then support or encourage.
This stuff has been going on since the 70s BIG money purses are promised but rarely ever happen and the creative math some promoters use to figure the pay out is suspect. The old saying is true. If it sounds to good to be true than it probably is. I guess we will see, but if anyone thinks they will have $400,000 in payouts then I have some ocean front property for sale in Oklahoma I will sell them for cheap.
Maybe they should cap the entries at 200 per class and then they can claim a $800,000 payout instead.
Is this race happening this week?
I have not heard anything about anyone going to the race if its still even happening.
14 entries in 450 class and 2 entries in 250 class according to live timing…
Daytona RCSX this weekend, Freestone JS7 National next week, Oak Hill Spring a Ding after that, and Loretta’s area qualifiers going on all over. Bad time to try to promote a new race.
I would think the best time to promote a race is when everyone is in town. The only problem is if guys do not want to bet onm themselves and would rather cry about the plight of the poor privateer.
Moto riders may not all be highly educated but they aren’t dumb. Hence why 2 guys signed up for 250 and 14 in 450. Between the 2 they expected 200 entries lol
I’m going to host a $30m purse race this year. $1500 an entry and I’m capping entries at 20,000 per class 😂😂😂
Post the link, I want to see who is there..
Wow no one showed up
100 entries was a bit of a lofty goal IMO, especially at $1500. The payout was approximately top 30%, so the 5th (?) place rider will feel that loss.
Pit Row
Hold up . The BOB was there ? That’s a bad man. Wonder how much loot he received ?
Is this the guy that can’t race Nationals or GP”s due to being Russian?
Yes.
I hear he was moving fast, crashed in his race and still won. His payout was $8500, so after his entry fee he made $7000. Not a bad days work if you ask me.
Russian Bob!
Here is the payout they have posted, not a bad day's work for the guys who were good enough and had the balls to bet on themselves.
My math may suck but that doesn't add up to anywhere close to $400,000 in pay outs.
Thank you, Negative Nancy. The payout was based on full fields. No one can force a guy to grow some balls and bet on themselves.
Please tell me the reason to complain about it. A track owner put it out there to try to help some privateers. I don't see any reason to do anything but compliment him and hope the race grows.
NO shit Mr wizard, I can bet they knew they wouldn't even come close to filling the classes with the big entry fees. Next year they can advertise it as 1 million dollar pay out
This shit is nothing new promotors have been doing this crap for years and car races have been doing it even longer.
Typical piss and moan bs while offering nothing.
Were they at all dishonest? Did they do what they said they would do?
