5-6 generations later they aren't corralled onto any reservations, they just use the reservations to their benefit to do shit the rest of us can't and make huge profits off it.

They are independent nations - "domestic dependent nations" - that retained some sovereignty when they entered treaties by agreement or by surrendering to the federal government. Article 1, Section 8 of the 1789 Constitution.  The surrenders weren't unconditional, even if a lot of that got ignored over later history.  Gambling got left as a bone.  There usually has to be some agreement with the state that shifts some revenue to compensate local infrastructure (at least it tends to play out that way).

But there is a lot of money involved, and people tend to guard their stills.

If you pay to play something and there is a prize involved, it’s considered gambling and a license is required. Like Marx said, some states it’s insane what the cost is for a license. Not worth it to them, everyone should understand this. IF you use a VPN and won a prize, legally they would not be able to ship you a prize. Everyone must realize there is a cost to do business. There is a cost to run the site. They lost half of the country basically, so not having “free play” in hopes people in states that can still play that used to play free will go ahead and pay now. I hope that people that are in this boat do pay to play. The more people that pay to play will allow them to purchase licenses in other states based on the revenue they will generate. Everyone is kind of in this together, while some are bummed and upset, I can assure you the whole Pulp MX team does not want to be in this boat either. Some of the comments I have seen on this post and in the Instagram comments are insane. Ya’ll need to check your selves and remember all the content and game play you have not had to pay for over the years. Be thankful. 

I don’t play Pulp Fantasy. I should say I play loosely. I put my picks in 50% of them time, but I pay to support Steve and the team. Pulp does a lot for this community, and this is coming from someone that has another Podcast and media outlet.

There you go. Simple as that. Gov wants their cut and its too expensive for it to make sense for PulpMX. They cant do everything for free and most of us wouldnt either. 

I wouldn't say it's garbage but no where near the strategy involved as Pulp. I'm horrible at the Pulp fantasy game but really enjoyed playing with the leagues I played in. Too bad that this all came down.

Pulp fantasy was big for keeping me interested in Supercross.  This really sucks.

I wasn`t able to join the Championship League from Norway: "Location Not Allowed. Unfortunately participation is unavailable due to your current location".

In the Terms: 

"International players are currently unable to play the paid version of PulpMX Fantasy".

How pissed will somebody be if they use a VPN to play from a state you aren’t allowed, and wins the 450. Gotta get creative I guess. I’m assuming this won’t impact the privateer raffle? That would really suck. That brings a ton of money to those guys.
