I always wondered how many more lites titles and premier class titles Barcia would have had if 4 strokes never existed.
Obviously 250f is better, but for privateers 2502t is possible. 85 to 250f is lame, need 125 class.

I reckon the lites should be 250 2/4t and then an open class to replace the current 450s.. that way you could have the elite 450 factory bikes, privateers on big bore 2t and allow electrics to show their worth. The factory 450s would still be the stars of the show, as they are superior, but it would allow privateers a chance to compete on something different.. maybe even break a few hearts..
The current regs have 3 new manufacturers coming in , why would you change them now ?
I think the best options for each class would remain 250f's and 450f's... but adding a little flavour wouldn't be a bad thing...

So why not let 450TS in the open class? You see people converting CR 450F to a two stoke at several privateer locations.

I don't see why not. Owning a 500 two stroke conversion, I don't think it's any faster than a 450 because it's harder to ride and the vibration numbs my fingers. It's a nice garage queen/conversation piece like a classic car to me.
