Christmas comes early. I think this is awesome. Rumors have Kay DeWolf, Coenen brothers wanting to come over as well.

I am SOOOO flipping glad that me and the boy are heading to A1 this year! First time ever (done Oakland, Seattle, Houston, Phoenix before) and the 450 class is gonna be crazy stacked. Cannot wait!!!

That's 15 just right there, in no particular order just who came to mind as I wrote.

for fun, earlier this year I made my own analysis on "most stacked field ever"

https://www.vitalmx.com/forums/moto-related/most-stacked-field-ever

2023 was tied for 2nd for most stacked, adding J Lawrence and J Cooper to full-time 450's, and not losing any previous champs, would make 2024 the most stacked field ever (by my calculation/definition).

Yup you’re right

and sexton would gain an additional 2 points (through my system)

most stacked by a pretty healthy margin

Great to see, adds another storyline to an already exciting start to SX.

He's one of those guys I just like, his speed at Lommel when he dropped me like a rock genuinely nearly made me pack up and go home a few years ago.

I also love the 111, nice number for a reigning champ in another series.

I think Jorge is gonna gain a lot of USA fans quickly. I’m biased but he is a great kid.

Have to say, I didn't see this one coming! Hoping he gains from it and doesn't get injured.

Can't wait to see him line up. If this goes well for him, I bet we see him in the US full time soon.

Jorge is going out there and actually DOING what weve been begging jeffrey to do for years. Huge respect to him for doing it. I hope this inspires jeffrey to give it a go at some point (outdoors). Love both riders.

**Tomac coming back from injury. How well will he do? Could he be even better? Could he be worse? Tomac is the 1 guy that has the ability to go beast mode and break jett imo. What if he does? What if he wins the championship? Where is he on the goat list? What if he doesnt?  Is this the last year he see him?

**Sexton the reigning champ. Could he repeat? Was it a fluke? Does Jett own him? Does he take the next step? Hes the champ are we in the sexton era? Will he tuck the front?

**Jett being perfect. Could he be perfect in sx? Does he smoke all these guys? Does he finally make rookie mistakes? What if he starts out bad? Does he ever get rattled?

**Webb going back to star. Does he stay looking unfit? Or does he show up when its racetime regardless? Does he finish his unfinished business on star? Or was ktm what allowed him to elevate?

**Kenny riding the best he ever has. Could he finally win the championship he was always supposed to get? Kenny loves those damn suzukis does he step it up even more than last year?

**Hunter moving up to 450. He looks as good as anyone. How will the brother dynamic play out? What if he beats jett? What if jett takes him out again? What if jett whoops his ass? What if he whoops jetts ass?

Now world champ prado coming to race A1, plus 2 more. What if he holeshots a1? What if he wins a1? Will he continue on the whole series? What if he sucks? What if he gets injured? Will he never come back? What if he wins it all then never comes back? What if he wins the first 3 races then goes and wins the mxgp? Does that make him the fmotp?

IM FUCKING PUMPED!!!!! How many incredible storylines are there this year holy cow!!

This will most likely be each SX race

1. Jett Lawrence

2. Hunter Lawrence

3-5 seconds back- Somewhere between 3-10. Eli, Roczen, Sexton, Webb, Anderson, Plessinger, Justin Cooper, Cianciarulo, Barcia

Curious how it will work out, who will cross jump more, Barcia or Prado?

I am excited a current top MXGP guy is coming to try SX though!!

This year is the first year where "deepest field ever" is legit.

The amount of elite high end talent is the biggest I've seen it, Hunter bros, Eli, Roczen, Sexton.

I'm a Prado fan and would love to see him win back to back MXGP #1 plates!

If he can finish top 10 and make it back to Europe in one piece it will be amazing considering he skipped the 250 class

I hope he does well, but no chance for a top 5 and even top 10's are less than likely.  10-15 would be very respectful

If he keeps it on two wheels,

I'd like to think 7-10th each round.

If I had to guess, I'd say his holeshots will be on point and he won't fade as much as an Alessi or Friese. Top ten.

Highly unlikely he stays in the US regardless of the results, he still has a contract to fullfil in the GPS, it is almost confirmed at this point that 2024 will be his last season in the GP Series, he is motivated to go out with a bang with 2 titles under his belt.

And considering there is a high chance that Spain will host 2 MXGP races this year, although it's not confirmed, the European GP will be held in Spain, the tracks? Bellpuig in Catalunya or... Motopark Jorge Prado in his home town in Lugo (Owned by the Local Council of Lugo, they named the track after him). Jorge wants to race in front of his home fans for one last time, and I'm sure he wants to win there, and specially if the European GP is held in his hometown of Lugo.

Remember Pourcel back in 2007 when he went to the US, he won in his 2nd ever start and returned to Europe, and unfortunately he crashed in Ireland

I was just recommended their show yesterday. I liked it! Nice to have much more media ppl in this sport. The fact that so many new ppl and shows are popping up shows theres an appetite for it and the sport is moving into the next stage. Its not mainstream yet but its waaaay bigger than it was even 5 years ago. All these new manufacturers, all these new shows, all these great riders, the future is the brightest its ever been!

Now lets get an mxgp in India in 2025, go back to china, keep indonesia, supposedly australia is coming back, and lets get an african race too (dakar?). Lets blow the roof off this thing!
