Thighs and knees are good t like stated above I have the new Defcons and I think the waist runs snug even possibly almost a size small.

fits great around the knees, and I run asterisk braces. Order the same size you wear in street clothes. One got it right this year.

I have had my fair share of different gear companies. I have never had anything better than my Oneal stuff. It is tough to tear up and fits very well.

There were some issues with the 2009 stuff but the new 2010 One Industries stuff is awesome!! The company backs their product 100% too, very easy to deal with if you ever have any problems with the stuff!!! The do run a little bit smaller i think compared to No Fear stuff but i really like it. I wear One stuff from head to toe and think its top notch!!!

Ok maybe not toe, since they don't make boots!!

I have the 2009 gear and love it. My pants are 1 size up from street clothes and are perfect. Without the side waist cinch, go 1 up on sizing.

Just rode with the 2010 Defcon for the first time this weekend and I love it! Fit was spot on with plenty of room for my braces. I've worn TLD for the past couple of years with no complaints, but I think I'm sold on One now.

You should spend your money on new tires, setting up your suspension and riding lessons before you waste it all on new gear and graphics. Duh.
