I hope everyone will get their stuff back. But just because there’s a court case doesn’t mean you will. Sorry but our court system is not setup for the victims. I was a victim of crime . The criminals claim there were addicted to drugs & suffered from anxiety,etc. the lib judge felt sorry for them. The judge said I should hire an attorney for restitution. Ha how would a truck driver ever come up with 15k. There’s only 1 attorney in this hick town that works these cases. And he wouldn’t take my case. He even said there difficult to win. The judge ordered 17k for probation. Statute of limitations ran out. My life to this day is not so good. I made 16k last yr trucking as a IC. That’s 7 days a week months straight running 18-39 hrs straight. 1 co owes me ovr 60k. Guess what I don’t hv 15k + to hire a buisness attorney. Besides truckers get smoked in court . I couldn’t even claim thousands of dollars illegally taken out of my check. I just did my 22 taxes Tuesday. And you wonder why I ride fast enough to die. Which is a blast by the way. Haha

I didn’t there’s countless ways of ripping drivers off w2 co.s do it too. One of the many ways is an escrow. As soon as I hear it I know it’s all bad. They take money out of our checks every week until it hits 10k. When you leave your supposed to get it back but never do. None of them maintain there equipment. When it brakes down it comes out of your check, etc. I was going to move & work for Walmart 110k a yr. But everyone is quitting because it’s 1,200-,1,300 a week. The industry & gov even changed medical requirements to get rid of exp drivers. W2 co.s r just as bad or worse. All they want is a tax credit driver military, x con murder, 3rd world people is a huge thing because they,ll work 4 nothing. W2 a x military driver with no exp doesn’t need an empty for a d-h. Because we run all over the st day 1. Day 2,3 to s side Chicago rail yards in & out running like crazy to 8-12 yards. With no pay. They get a new trk we get the junk. There mon-Fri home every night. Thursday was my day off & not home in 10 yrs. They abuse exp drivers real bad in so many ways even 73 yr olds. I stand up for them & become more abused. I stopped a Chicago cop & said I just got shot 12 times in the hood going threw Inglewood . He said I don’t hv time for that. Terminal Mangr doesn’t want to hear it. Funny that the military guys never had to hit the s side. They get 3 easy yards of i55 that we never do. I only had 2 dreams of going threw there . After 48 trks most where shot. It’s not a big deal like military make it out to be. 3am a AK47 cracking wakes you up driving tho. I work for a pay check. 1099 used to pay more & they don’t care about the huge tax credit to hire military. But they do like the 3rd world guys tax credit. And give them new trks . I get a 790k trk. I try to stay positive the good is the Eastern Europeans r super crazy to work with. It’s like being in the weirdest movie ever and there very interesting. Only 2 times they threatened to kill me. I,m 1 3/4 inches shorter in 2 yrs . Now that’s a beating. So many injections the last 2 yrs. Oh yeah I regret not living with the athletic director & taking a b ball scholarship. And playing in Europe . But you can’t live in the past. I don’t know how but I fing fly on a 125 yet. So I got that. Haha
You have been around long enough to know escrow is a no go in any form. Wal Mart is ok, but they own you for your 70 and you work your balls off to make a $400+ ADP. There are still some good driving jobs, bit they are van, ref and flat most of the time. There is a place in Denver that hires on a regular basis even though they are a decent Place. LG Trucking in Commerce City(Bulgarian Owned, their word is good).... you'd get .65 cpm since you have well over 8 years. W2 no escrow rip off, mostly dedicated freight. Can run hard or easy. Trucking by and large is in shambles though. Same wages for years, shit treatment, etc.

I've been a victim but i have seen two coworkers (men) get their asses KTFO'd and when they go to press charges you get the whole, they ain't in their right mind bullshit. DA refused to even take the case to court on both guys. It happens all the time. These fucks choose psych to jail then once the police leave they want to leave and todays security are nothing more than sitters. So, guess who catches that right hand when you try to say you cant leave?
I refuse to even try to stop them anymore. 90% of psych ain't fucking psych but a convenient excuse.
Varner will claim alcoholism or some shit. He will go to rehab for a week and be back up to his old ways.

What’s funny about most prosecutors is that they don’t GAF when LE, hospital staff, etc are assaulted…but merely threaten one of them and it’s a clear the benches situation.
The underlying theory of treatment vs jail had merit, in that if you have a person only committing crimes because of addiction, fixing the addiction would in theory fix the crime and yield a productive citizen. Unfortunately, this theory only holds true for a world where unicorns fart rainbows.
Locally, drug court is a joke. It was supposed to be a chance at sobriety instead of incarceration, with steep penalties for those who abused the opportunity and continued to use/commit crimes. Unfortunately, now there’s almost no chance of revocation, and the process has become the dumping ground for most property crimes so the prosecutors can lighten their caseload. Meanwhile, more good citizens are getting their houses burglarized, ID stolen, and cars prowled/stolen, all so we can worry about the criminals’ feelings instead of the people we should be worrying about, ie good working folks.
You are not going to get money from this POS because he has nothing to give. Good for anyone that gets there stuff back hopefully.

Off 4-20 to Labor Day, Dr,s & pt,etc. I actually made quite a bit more than there w2 I received. But only 60k for the yr not so great running 18-39 hrs 7 days a week. I mainly ran the ne I pay for tolls 100-300 per bridge, 375 toll td. 7.89 per gal fuel. Broke down 2 days ever week but get lucky a couple weeks gross 12k with a check of - 214.00. Deactivated my ez pass yet I,m charged for tolls 7 weeks later. Se to ne to Midwest to Fl. No sleep ld, unld in there. I called Elog team in Serbia to get a new shift they call it ,a fresh 14 hrs. 14x3= 42 hrs. Expensive repairs taken out of your check. I was 6, 2 3/4 now 6,1 junk trks will beat the day lights out of ya.

In 83 I think it may hv been a little different than today. Word gets out recruiters show up & talk to you at a game. You get invited to the Badger field house you get a tour. They talk there program up. Another d1 school same deal but I got to match up with a couple players. My coach said show them what you got destroy them, etc. and I did honestly I was ready at 15 to play in Europe. And trying to drop out. I still hear it from people 40 yrs later what happened? My mom would say who’s going to protect me then kinda of stuff. I had my shotgun loaded at all times if my dad came around.
