I’m glad they’ve got new backing. Wonder what the deal was with the old backers, did they think it would be an immediate cash cow?!

It’s easy to presume people with lots of money are smart, the older I get the more I realise that’s not the case. Especially the more my dumb ass starts to earn haha

Mispelling the new inverstitor forename on the picture press release is not a good start. That said, a round in the Stade Velodrome in Marseille, and one in Louis II at Monaco woud be epic. 

There is 1 thing for sure, this Adam Bailey is legit regarding attracting big investors. Excellent news for the series and for the industry in general.

I'd be interested to know what portion of the terrible decisions were made to try and keep the previous investors happy.

Also hope they can take something useful from what people liked, what people didn't like and what straight up pissed people off.

Being able to watch / attend supercross internationally is a good thing, if done right.

I still don't understand how investors can just back out without being under contractual obligations to pay. Otherwise who would ever go forth with running such a series without having anything set in stone for the finances??

So they went from being funded by the Saudis to being funded by the Russians.  Damn, these guys sure pick good company to hang out with.

Sounds like Russian Bob needs to file a discrimination lawsuit against FIM making the decision that he can't compete in their series because of his nationality. While FIM gets Russian funding for their WSX venture. The hypocrisy of the FIM is amazing. Hold them accountable. Also something should be done on the AMA side. Its pathetic they won't let a guy ride because of where he's from.

The only real good news for Bailey is that he's not closing shop at the end of the month.
Apart from that, the (numerous) structural problems are still there, with a few cyclical new ones.

Can't wait to see the new new new 2023 provisional calendar.
